I would highly recommend Dr Chang and his staff. Our treatment there was wonderful, from the check in personnel, to the person taking the vitals, it was all good. The pharmacist was excellent, explaining and answering our questions. The nurse,Tiffany, was very empathetic and helpful, even going out of her way to be helpful. Dr. Chang was knowledgeable and took the time that we needed to explain everything. Overall, the experience was good. I have one suggestion- the room where the bone marrow biopsy was performed good use some improvement. I would suggest relaxing music to be played low in the background. Perhaps a display of beautiful scenery or uplifting words could be displayed at intervals on the wall that the patient is facing. That would provide some comfort. Thank you

the last time I was there I sat for one hour in his exam room until he came in and all he did was talk.he wanted me to have a bone marrow biopsy but he said he had no time to do it so he set it up for me to have it done at a hospital. I waited for more than 2 weeks for them to call me with the results-no one ever called.I finally called and was told someone would call back.four hours later someone called and all I was told is that it is not cancerHis lab willnot send my lab results to my pcp
