Best doctor to go to
He did not one but both surgeries on my eyes and I have no complaints. Office staff is affable and prompt with answering questions etc. Very accommodating and professional. Well worth the nearly three-hour drive to get to Carmel and I'd recommend him in a heartbeat. I had no pain whatsoever and healed perfectly.

Can not get return call from his billing dept.
Required a second surgery. Right eye did not look like it matched the left. Finally agreed to correct it. I did not expect to pay another $250 out of pocket. I talked to head of billing department, she told me she would talk to him and return my call but it has been weeks and no call.

I was in a lot of pain and was very nervous about needing an evisceration. They were able to squeeze me in and once I met with Dr Burgett he put my mind at ease concerning the surgery. He explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. He was so friendly and reassuring that I felt confident with him doing my surgery. The surgery went very well and I'm so grateful that he was the doctor performing it. (the longer wait time was due to having to squeeze me in)
