Dr. Richard Bercik, MD

Dr Bercik has been managing my mom's care the last several years. My mom initially walked into his office telling him I do nt need or want surgery I am 80 years old. This past year when she was almost 86 my decided to get a surgical procedure. I attended most of the appointments with my mom. The entire staff and office is friendly and caring and always very responsive. My mom had her procedure at Yale NH and it could not have gone b better and not had such a positive impact on her quality of life which is great. I also would highlight that Dr. Bercik and his staff have a wonderful and approachable style with regard to their delivery of care which includes accessibility, communication and kindness.

Helped me when I rally needed it. Kind, compassionate & understanding. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Bercik was very attentive and kind to my 90 year old mother. He did a great job explaining everything and was very personable.

I would not ever recommend Dr. Bercik at all. A very cold office setting seemed more about dollars on each patient in and out not about true caring to provide the medical care expensive he is paid for just was clear to me as a patient who wouldn’t jump right into surgery by him without my other drs approval which is required I guess money is needed faster than I can supply the insurance claim for his office spoke with a girl named Danielle who was extremely rude not about patient care or well being of health and i would not recommend this dr or office.

His resident took my history and examined me. She was attentive and was accurate in recalling the history I gave her as viewed in MyChart. Dr. Bercik never examined me yet wrote in his notes (which I was able to read in MyChart) that he had seen and examined me. He was recommended by a colleague (I am an RN at the same hospital as Dr. Bercik). She described him as kind, patient, gentle and a good listener. This was not my experience. I found him to be cool and dismissive. He recommended internal pelvic physiotherapy but did not elaborate on what this entailed and was not interested in seeing me in follow up. I would not recommend him. Perhaps he shows more interest in patients who are potential surgical candidates.

Excellent doctor. I highly recommend him. He solved my issue which was caused by another doctor. He was very thorough in his examination and explaining what was causing my issue. He performed surgery to alleviate my symptom and then his staff was excellent in following up to make sure I was doing well and answering any questions I had.

Had recent bladder mesh surgery with Dr. Bercik. Surgery was 'life changing"!! Wish I had done it 10 years sooner!!! Excellent Doctor. Very knowledgeable and compassionate. I would highly recommend Dr. Bercik.

I was referred to this doctor by another surgeon and was more than disappointed. This is the place to go if you enjoy feeling like a number and bad about yourself. They truly couldn't care less if you're their patient or not. The doctor is very rude. I actually overheard him talking negatively about a patient to the staff. It was absurd. The office is disorganized, dirty and run down. The scheduling office is a disaster. I'm trusting my intuition and going to a doctor in the NYC.

I had, have,complications from another doctor and other procedures. I live in NC. I went to the "best" in NC and the best was not as knowledgeable and professional as Dr. Bercik. He performed a procedure that I was denied elsewhere. His bed side manner is kind, compassionate and he listens. Most of all he IS the best there is for complicated transvaginal issues. I have recommended him numerous times. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. I have had three other doctors prior to seeking out Dr. B.
