Dr. Richard Arnold, DPM

New patient. Didn’t get to see him. I had to cancel a May appointment and they made it for June 19 at 3:00. I waited about forty minutes and she called me up and said I didn’t have an appointment. I had the appointment for one month. She was very rude about it and offered an appointment on July 24 I asked if I couldn’t get worked in. She said NO and was not caring at all. Not sure I’ll keep the July 24. The sign said they had a new computer. My thought is my appointment didn’t get in the new system.

I was in Major Pain for three months my left foot !! I set Hout this was not Goit !! Dr. Arnold worked on my problem and talked about what shoes I should wear about diabetes which is showing up on my blood work !! Friday 5/10/2022 The Best morning I have had for over 3- months ????????

I have gone to Dr. Arnold periodically for years. He and the staff are courteous and I have always been pleased with the care I received.

This office is very helpful and gets the job done as fast as possible!

The one thing you don't want is a fungus but that is what I got. I am 45 years old and I love sandals. So I made an appt to see Dr. Arnold. He started me on Lamisil and debrided my nails. I will be ever grateful that my toes are ready for sandals.

Dr Arnold has been seeing my daughter since she was 2. In a month she is going to be 6. She has terrible ingrown toenails. Dr. Arnold has been so good with her. He takes his time and talks to her. Tells her what he is doing. The hold staff encourages her and tells her how good she is doing. If you have a small child I recommend that you come see Dr Arnold and his staff.

I seen him for my feet. He took time to go over what I needed to be doing - like ice and stretches. He did xrays in his office and went over them right then. That saved me time and he was able to talk one on one with me about the results. He gave me an injection - not going to lie it hurt - but he went over every step and talked to me through it. I would recommend him to everyone.

I run a construction company and I ran a nail in my foot. I called the office and told them what happened they seen me immediately. Dr Arnold removed the nail right in the office. I was back to work the next day.

I have been having problems with my heel for months. Dr Arnold took the time to talk with me and explain how important it was to ice, stretch and take my meds. I can't imagine where I would be if I had not seen him.

The office staff was unwilling to accommodate my willingness through email from my phone, to update my records regarding meds, allergies and surgeries...So therefore I never got to see the Dr (after waiting a month for an appointment)! Poor poor poor

Dr. Arnold office is the most nicest people ever! They help you in any way possible!

Not only have I seen Dr. Arnold but so has my children and husband. He has help each one of us.
