Do not go to this doctor for any penile implant. He was unprofessional and pompous. Dr. Munarriz put a penile implant in me in January 2024. Not only did the device not work but I received a horrible infection. What bothers me the most is that he never explained the risks of the surgery and led me to believe that everything would be fine. After the surgery he never checked on me and had his understudy who it was evident, lacked experience remove my catheter. By the time I went back for my follow up my infection was so bad that the device had to be removed. I am left with horrible scaring and a urinary problem which is going to require a specialist and another surgery to fix just so I can urinate normally. My surgical experience with Dr Munarriz was so bad that I have considered seeking legal counsel to weigh my options. This overall experience has been a nightmare which has left me disfigured and still suffering from pain over 6 months later. I would never recommend this doctor!
