My experience was all I wanted from the first meeting to the last exam, before scheduling me for a follow up in 6 months. His staff was very professional, full of information, quick to respond to a phone call. Dr. Soares did an excellent job of preparing me for my procedure answering every question my wife and I had before the procedure and wasn't in a hurry just because they moved me up in the scheduled. His nurse and nurse practitioner explained what was happening after the procedure when I called they gave me simple solutions for what I was experiencing at home and milestone in the healing process so I can be better prepared for what could happen.

Dr Soares just performed a radical prostatectomy on me. He's a great doctor from start to finish. I never doubted his abilities. Also never had a doctor make himself so available to me. I am very lucky to have him as my urologist. Not sure about the other lousy reviews but that certainly isn't the doctor I had. Thank you

I tried to make an appointment and the secretary so stubborn asking for referral and even after my Doctor showed me that they faxed the referral she kept telling me that they didn't get it and the dumb thing is that this Doctor is in my network and it is BCBS PPO and as far as my insurance I should not need to send referral, apparently they like to waste their and our time :(

My Son saw this Dr for testicular pain he's had for over a month and this Dr did absolutely nothing! He did not order any tests, he offered pain pills! REALLY?!

I had an awful experience with this doctor. Not only did he not fully explain the outcomes and reasoning for my procedure, he belittled my family. I was on heavy pain medication when, with the nurse in the room thank goodness, he decided to take 2-3 mins telling me what he will do then left. He refused to talk to my family after the procedure because he was already out of the hospital. Why on earth would you not want to take the time to explain something let alone knowing your patient is heavily medicated? He also was very rough and I felt as though I was more of an inconvenience than a patient.
