Dr. Budjak is by far the best psychiatrist I've ever had. He listens to me and treats me with respect and dignity, and trusts that I am an expert in myself and my own needs. He is very responsive and has always been helpful in every way possible. As far as meds go, he thinks outside the box and is creative in finding medications that help me even though there are many categories of meds that I cannot tolerate and my depression is hard to treat. If you look at all the one-star reviews below, they all seems to be from the same person -- most of them were posted the same day! It seems to be just one patient who posted multiple reviews out of spite.

I highly recommend Dr. Budjak. I have read the comments below and highly disagree. He is a psychiatrist and his job is to find medication that best suits his patients. I have found that he honors what I need and his recommendations have always been good for me. He also works at the hospital and he seems like a very busy man so if he answers his own cell I am sure it is for a good reason. Even if it was a personal call, we all have days where we need to use our personal cell in a meeting too.
