Dr. Rica Paull, MD

My kids have Dr. Paul as their primary care physician. I continue to be impressed be her, year after year. She treats them with kindness and care, and always takes every question and concern seriously. Their exams are thorough, and I believe the kids are in good hands whenever we visit. I have never experienced long wait times with Dr. Paull. In fact, yesterday, the front office staff warned us that she was running a bit behind and she herself apologized for a bit of a wait. However, I did not feel like it was bad at all. I would highly recommend Dr. Paull as a family physician, especially if you have children!

Dr. Paull is very thorough and explains things well. My wife and I both have her as our primary. We can tell she sincerely cares for her patients.

Dr. Rica Paull and her entire staff are simply the best in the whole metro area. I have been there more than 40 times in the last 2 year for complicated health issues and she is the best every time, bar none. I have had several health professionals tell me she is their DR. as well because She is in a class of her own and very special. She ALWAYS has time to make me feel at ease and explain things to me. Thank you Dr Rica Paull for keeping me going in our sometimes frustrating medical system.

Initially I thought Dr Paull was an excellent MD, I even referred her to a family member. But as time has gone by, she seems to lack empathy and has been abrupt. I even felt fat shamed by her during one visit. Perhaps her patient base has grown or she is poorly scheduled, but I'm not giving her another chance. Recently I have arranged for a transfer care; she is no longer my doctor.

Dr. Paull is the best doctor I have ever seen. She is caring and takes my health concerns very seriously. She understands what is important to me and she allows me to communicate my needs and wants for my health and my life to her with great consideration and kindness. She is clear and will take the time to answer my questions. I never feel rushed and her bedside manner is 10 out of 10. Thank you Dr. Paull!

Dr Paull is fantastic, very caring and careful to explain everything. Highly recommended!

I've spent 3 months thinking the billing and coding dept is incompetent turns out Dr Paull just doesn't care that she made a mistake and refuses to fix it. Scheduled a wellness for my daughter and the Dr decided to just not do it and visit went to my deductible instead of to my wellness benefit! I was told today Dr is tired of dealing w this? She's never called and spoken to me. I find her arrogant and rude.

I adored her, she explained everything and made me feel at ease. I will return.
