Really listens and understands, great doctor
Telehealth
Coming from another health insurance where I didn't feel taken care of by my psychiatrist, I really appreciate Dr. Williams. I've seen her two times and each time I felt heard and understood. She took me for exactly what I was telling her, when in the past I have not felt that way with all psychiatrists. She approaches care with understanding and humor, which makes me feel comfortable. I don't think I've ever left a review for a doctor, but I wanted to highly recommend Dr. Williams!

first psychiatrist that actually listened
Telehealth
I have very treatment resistant depression and have for most of my life. I'd been through so many psychiatrists and so many medications without results. Not only that, I was constantly met with not only a cold disposition but gaslighting/disbelief when it came to my self reporting of symptoms. Dr. Williams has been the first person to change that. She values my input, my insight from how different medications have affected me, takes my word for it when it comes to the state of my mental health, and approaches her work with professionalism and empathy. She takes into account the elements playing a role in my mental health outside of my neurological makeup to inform her decisions, and has also been majorly helpful in educating me further, allowing my to feel more personal efficacy when it comes to decisions about medication.

The BEST!!!
Dr. Williams LISTENS!!! I felt so heard and seen by her. I have gone through different psychiatrists and therapists until I found her. and she was the only one who diagnosed me properly and suggested other avenues and resources for me that worked tremendously. I cannot recommend her enough.

Saved my life
I saw her for the first time on one of my lowest days at the lowest time in my life and without her I probably wouldn't be sitting here writing this review. She understands, she cares, and sh listens. It's taken many months but I attribute my recovery to her and my therapist. I don't even want to think about where I'd be if I hadn't found her.

This Psychiatrist is arrogant and enables bad procedure process when it comes to being billed . But then again she may stress her assistant Erica out because she is so pretentious. She tries to intimidate you but know your stuff and stand your ground when it comes to your health . She is in it for profit. She will diagnose you prescribe medication then call me for rescheduling no empathy or attentiveness what so ever. She will make you feel like you don't know what your talking about when you challenge her regarding her unprofessionalism and staff. I am filing a complaint with medical board she is horrible .

As a local Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Specializing in PTSD, Depression, anxiety and trauma I was in need of a good psychiatrist to refer my clients to. I was given Dr Williams information by a client who has had great experiences with her . I decided to reach out to her and introduce myself . Since then I have referred over a dozen of my clients and those who were able to see her have had nothing but good things to say. Thank you Dr Williams for your care in helping my clients in need.

I booked an appointment as a new patient with Dr. Rhonda Williams almost a month in advance. Two hours before the appointment her office called and says she is leaving early because of the holiday. They wanted to reschedule me for two weeks later. When I asked to have the doctor call me her staff said she would not call. The entire experience is completely unprofessional. Her staff made me feel like a number and that they have little regard for patients. I would highly recommend not wasting your time with this doctor or her staff.

Rhonda is amazing. I’ve seen other psychiatrists before that just want to prescribe a patient something and get them out of their office, but Rhonda really cares about her patients. She figured out my trauma within a matter of minutes and it’s something I hadn’t realized or been made aware of in over a decade. I’ve already referred family and friends to her.

I went to Dr. Williams cause I was having anxiety attacks due to being bullied at work. She wanted to put me on anti-anxiety mediation right away, which I refused to take. I didn’t receive any other treatment. I was not thinking clearly and was in a state of fear and confusion. she talked me into quitting my job. Worst advise ever! She didn’t help me medically, and she cost me my job at a time when I was extremely vulnerable.

Dr Williams treated my husband for PTSD and was the best thing that ever happened to him. She is so intuitive, patient, responsive and always knew what he needed. She collaborated with his other doctors to find solutions for him and knew when to increase his care. God bless you Dr Williams for all you've done for us and for all I'm confident you are doing for your other patients.
