Dr. Hopkins and her entire staff have always treated me with great care. I see Stephanie Atkinson usually and she will sit and listen to my concerns. Then she will explain the different treatments available and we decide together what I am comfortable with. My daughter is a patient here also and they are wonderful with her also.

There is always a tons of people in the office and they move really slow! They need to move into a larger building and get double the staff to handle the capacity efficiently! I am probably going to switch my primary doctor to another doctor beucsae I cannot deal with the long wait!!

Dr. Hopkins is an excellent physician and the nicest person, however, her office staff is terrible. It is next to impossible to be seen the same day for anything. The last two times I've called to make an appointment, I had to leave a voice mail for her scheduling coordinator, who does not return calls. I have been a patient for 12 years and I hate to leave, but it has gotten ridiculous.

Doctor Rhonda Hopkins is the best doctor in Mckinney, Texas. She is a professional and compassion
doctor. She listens to you and she gives to the best medical treatment plan or she refers you to a specialist. Doctor Hopkins whole medical staff is outstanding they have been taking care of my wife and myself for several years. I highly recommend them to my family friend and neighbors.

I love Dr. Hopkins. She's very thorough and willing to answer questions. However, the rest of her staff isn't so great. I once had a high cholesterol test but couldn't ever get any good info from the nurse. She simply left a message telling me to diet but I never got the test results. When I was tested elsewhere, my cholesterol was normal though! I can't ever get urgent appts: an urgent care suspected pneumonia and said to see my PCP, but Dr Hopkins office told me they couldn't see me, go to UC.

We have been seeing Dr. Hopkins for 12+ years. Both my hubby and are very happy with having her for a Doctor! When she comes in your room, its not just business, she actually talks with you!

Dr. Hopkins is the perfect combination of professional and personal. She listens, gets to know you, has the knowledge to respond in the most helpful ways. Her staff are very friendly, kind, and helps meet my needs. Very flexible. I have total confidence in them.

Dr Hopkins is excellent, very professional and attentive, I never feel she is rushing and has referred me top notch specialists as needed. I went through a few doctors before I found her. While she is outstanding her staff is a bit of a disappointment. If you get her receptionist, she is great but other staff is fair.

I am a new patient my initial call was answered by to Dianna (office manager) she was short tempered rude and dismissive for no apparent reason she is not the type of person you want to be you first point of contact, so I decided not schedule an appointment, if the front line is an indication of the service I am not interested in any service that this office offers.If you want professional and courteous treatment do NOT attempt to see Dr.Hopkins,perception is 90%
of a decision.
