Dr. Rhonda Barnes-Jordan, MD

Dr. Jordan does not due her duty following up on the rehabilitation of patients under her care. She had to be pestered with messages and phone calls for weeks to sign off on a plan of care by a rehabilitation program for a patient having suffered from two strokes. I am switching to a new primary care physician because of her lack of care and difficulty getting a response from the office staff or her.

Dr. Barnes- Jordan is a real professional that knows what she is doing. A real through doctor and I recommend anyone who has experienced any other doctor to go to her and find out why I say she is the best. Went though everything in my chart and throughly accessed everything one by one even found out I had cancer.

Dr. Jordan is amazing....she come in an say ok this what you need to do right to the point she knows what she talking about my Better half is doing so much better sense we have been going to her I wish I could give her 100% Thank you Dr. Jordon an your staff for all y'all do.....

I like Dr Jordan's attitude. She is always proffessional and informative. She seems like she likes her job, that she wants to be there

Can never get anyone on the phone!!! They never return prescription refill calls. In I literally had a very aggressive, almost physical fight, with the nurse practitioner!!! She had horrible demeanor towards me upon entering the room, first she had no clue what TYPE of visit it was & when I told her I’m ALLERGIC to the BP medication she was prescribing & told me to loose weight then! I was literally crying & she tried to fight me as I was explaining to another staff member why I wasn’t returning

This doctor's office is ridiculous. It is very difficult to get someone on the phone. The sad thing is, once you get someone, they are not pleasant or helpful.

Dr. Jordan is a fantastic physician. Not only is she extremely attentive and thorough, she puts my two boys at ease who are in their teens and not thrilled about doctors appointments... The staff is very nice and accommodating and the nurse practitioner on staff is very good as well. After having a wonderful pediatrician and family doctor for many years and then having to find another one, we are so glad we found Dr. Jordan, she's a true blessing.

Completely inaccessible care. No office management staff to answer phone. No follow up. Make an appointment you can wait for hours in the waiting room. Problem is you cant get anyone on the phone to even make an appointment......and the website down for non payment. Sick and tired of all this.

Staff was very nice... Check in was prompt and speedy. Has a comfortable atmosphere and waiting area.

This is the most difficult review for me to write, but I will need to be honest, and hopefully this will entice the practice to hire a Manager of someone that can steer them in the right direction. This CLINIC only cares about money and making appointments, "CASH" ---"if you got the dollar, holler" There appointment switch board never miss a call, but *you* call about LAB RESULTS, and you will be directed to their appointment switchboard (if normal or abnormal ) OR VOICE MAIL.

The experience is absolutely ridiculous. You have to be lucky to get someone on the phone for appts. If you do get lucky expect your wait time to be 2hr are more. The office is more like a harris health care clinic. Will never go back again.

First of all the wait time is totally not right. Let me say it again it is totally not right. I had to wait over 2hrs after arriving before my appointed time. If you call them after 3pm you will not get a person to answer the phone....That is crazy. They are short on staff which indicates that someone has dropped the ball on customer service. I have read this in other reviews as well. Going to have to go some where else. You have to staff your business to accommodate your business for your custo

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this doctor and office. When I am finally able to get an appointment, (they do not answer their phones) it is because I had to walk in to talk to someone. They NEVER answer refill calls from the pharmacy. I once again had to walk in to get it done and they said they would send it in and two weeks later I still don't have it. I am going to go to another doctor.
