Doctor review
Dr Reza Naghavi MD of Rockville Center is the worst provider I have ever had to deal with…this man took an oath when he became a medical provider… I was appalled when my mother 91 years old at the time developed congestive heart failure & Dr. Naghavi suggested we purchase an additional plan through his off so he will call us back if we called & left a message…this plan is over 1000.00. My parents did not purchase the plan… End result is not my parents or my mothers Doctors/surgeons received a call back from Dr. Naghavi or his staff. When I called his office to find out why my mothers surgeon did not get a returned call from Dr. Naghavi I was told Dr Naghavi was busy and wanted to know what the surgeon wanted… I am in the medical field for over 25 years. I have never worked for or been to a doctor who did not return you call or another doctors call regarding his patient and her surgery…I am taking my parents out of this practice

Thanks to Dr Naghavi he saved my life multiple times! He never takes no for an answer and is ALWAYS willing to take the time to find an answer to an issue .Thanks to him I went for a regular check up and he always test you for everything and thanks to him I found out I had severe hearing loss in the right ear and after going to multiple doctors and mow saying they had no idea what was going on with me he discovered that I had RA and thanks to him I'm getting the answers I need to better maintain my health. He is always willing to take care of you and he spends the time to do it and so does Dr Mukhtar. At Rockville medical you are a human being and you're not a number and they're not just collecting money for seeing you. The only issue I have is that sometimes you have to wait a long time but my health is everything so I don't care.I have been a patient since 2014

The way he runs the office is horrible. He comes and goes as he pleases while the day is booked with clients. Instead of rescheduling, he relies on the other doctor there (Dr. Mukhtar who is fabulous) to see all of the clients during the day. This then backs up Dr. Mukhtar. Be expected to wait, a long time. I’m taking about 2+ hours.

This doctor is amazing! It annoys me how people complain about his front desk staff and give him a bad review and state that the doctor is great! My father goes to him and trusts him. I started going to him as well. He saved my father’s life! I am forever grateful to him!! If you need a excellent doctor that cares about his patients and extremely thorough. I definitely will recommend DR Nagavi.

Dr Naghavi is the most thoughtful and thorough I have even been to. I have recommended my entire family to go to him because of how great my experiences be have been. I was skeptical about the reviews of the long wait times and cannot say how wrong those reviews are. I have NEVER waited longer than 20 minutes to be seen, and am always grateful for how thorough the doctor always is. 10/10 WOULD ALWAYS RECOMMEND

The 1 star may be a bit of an insult, only because this doctor is excellent. The staff is lazy and have attitudes. On top of that, the staff made an appointment for me at 8 am when I arrived at the office they asked to see my insurance card and that's when I was told that they no longer accept my insurance. NICE JOB !
