The time, the care, his knowledge and the explanation of my condition. I told Dr. Agard, if he taught every class in medical school I could be a doctor.

Good Physician
Dr Agard is a very knowledgeable and affable man. He makes you feel comfortable during your visits. He delivers prognosis and diagnosis in a non-judgmental manner. I don't get anxious anymore whenever i have a doctor's visit regardless of the outcome.

Unfortunately the office staff is incompetent. We waited over 2 1/2 months to get an actual appt to review test (MRI due to stroke) results with Dr. Agard. Although he is compassionate, caring and very thorough, his appts run 1 to 2 hours behind schedule. We have never seen him on time or even close to our appt time. The scheduler does not allow enough time between patients to make up for the time the Dr spends with you and his other patients. It is extremely frustrating to have an office manager who rolls her eyes at you when you explain that you have waited over an hour already. Sad to say we are leaving his practice due to these reasons.

Dr Agard is tops in his field. But the pure nonsense that you have to go through to talk to a live person for an appointment. It takes 3 days to get a reply back for ur appointment. Then the clerical staff which is primarily his family are unprofessional/inexperience in managerial skills. Just horrible. It’s make dr Agard practice looks bad. I ended up pulling my 100 yr old mom from that practice. Wish he would clerical staff up/out. He is a great doctor seems unaware of what is going on. Would not recommend based on that clerical staff handling of the office.

I’m relatively new to town and was referred to Dr. Agard as a primary care physician. Dr. Agard is everything anyone would want in a PCP - attentive, kind, thorough, he does rush and takes time to hear you. He came highly recommended and he is most deserving of the praise, I’m thankful for the introduction!

The Customer Service is a joke. When you call, you never get to speak to someone and always have to leave a message which they NEVER, and I mean NEVER return. I've been going here for six years and I have yet to see Dr. Agard - just the Nurse Practitioners, who are good at what they do. I know I must be stupid to keep coming here out of some misguided loyalty. If Dr. Agard is supposed to be in charge, why does he let this terrible customer service continue?

The secretary is horrible. I had major surgery and she never answers the phone or calls back. 3 days of calling so I finally called the phi Viviana line and got her in trouble. The Doctors are very good if you can get by the incompetent uncaring secretary. A very huge pet peeve of mine is people who don't do their job, she should be replaced.

I am seeking a new family doctor since my doctor retired after caring for me over 45+ years. Accordingly, I called Agard's office seeking a replacement. Since 10/26/16, I have left four messages spaced every couple days advising my intentions and asking for a response. Incredibly, as of 11/6/16, I have yet to receive a response. How can I trust Agard in caring for me when he doesn't oversee his staff? I would never consider him for my doctor & strongly recommend everyone else do the same!
