I told this doctor that I was suicidal. She didn’t even respond or address me. Just kept talking about all the medication refills I needed and how I need to lose weight.

She is the most unemphatic, unconcerned and uncaring doctor I've ever seen in my life. It's hard enough to deal with depression, anxiety or whatever we deal with on a daily basis, but a doctor, who should know better, treating you as if you are insignificant is unforgiveable. She adds trauma to an already traumatic life. She, obviously, has become desensitized to the needs of patients she swore an oath to protect. Had to see her after my Doctor retired. Only Dr. I could get due to insurance and availability. Just go to her for meds. Typical 10 minute in and out get your scripts psych visit. She’s okay.

My visit was very poor. I had typed out detailed notes describing my concerns and reasons for visiting, but she completely disregarded them. She asked me questions that were unrelated to my concerns, and when I asked if she was going to review the notes I had prepared, she flat out told me no. She wrote me a prescription and sent me on my way without attempting to address the root concerns I had. Unless you are after a 15-minute visit and a prescription, I suggest seeking another provider.

After only 2 visits, Dr diagnosed me as bipolar even though I have seen other psychiatrist before and never received that diagnosis. She diagnosed me as such without asking me if I had had prior mania episodes. The psychologist I have been seeing for 2 years on a weekly basis totally disagreed to I found another psychiatrist that did the correct testing and agreed that I do not have bipolar disease. I just don´t trust this doctor when it comes to diagnoses.
