Amazing with my three year old, no one has ever been able to check my daughters ear or mouth, but Dr Waters talked to her and calmed her down. Truly amazing! I would highly recommend Dr. Waters!

Dr. Waters is amazing. We can always get in for same day appointments. Although, there may be a wait 4same day appointments, I understand and am thankful I don't have to wait next day or go to urgent care. I have had to wait during a scheduled well visit, but the front office staff let me know ahead of time that there was child who was sick and needed Dr Waters to monitor his breathing. Although, it can be frustratingI would want the same attn given to my child in their time of need.

Very Rude. Not happy with how was talked to when I took my 12 month old for her well check about how important it was to never leave her unattended. If she wasn't confined in a room she needed to be in a chair. I'm not a first time mother I actually have four children and do not need to be told how to raise my children, I'm by no means an expert but I'm also no idiot. I was also told how under weight my 12 month old is when she is 58% on the chart. 2 hours of being coached on parenting!

seemed very hateful to parents and seemed to think parents dont know what they are doing. very rough with infant's ear,

Had an appointment at 3:00pm and arrived on time but it was 4:30 and still had not been seen so I walked out. They're very nice people but they need to get serious on respecting people's time. I had to accommodate my schedule at work to be there but it was a waste of my time.
