I’ve seen Dr Stein once and she was really nice, knowledgable, and professional. I set up my annual appointment and this year, when I went to my appointment, the staff told me they needed to cancel it and they notified me weeks ago about it. I have the offices number saved in my contacts, and I had no contact from them. The appointment was still in MyChart and I never received any communication from them through that or email. When I asked why it wasn’t cancelled in the app or I wasn’t communicated with in anyway before I came, they said they don’t like to cancel until they speak with the patient. But they didn’t bother to contact me about it? Clearly the front desk staff is incompetent. When I asked what my options were, thinking they’d at least be able to pair me with another doctor or nurse practitioner since they didn’t cancel the appointment, they said they could reschedule the appointment months later. So I wasted an hour of my workday driving to a non-existent appointment. I’ve never had any where near this level of incompetence from a doctor. Especially with all the tools available through MyChart. I hope Dr Stein makes some better hires in the future.

Patient's time not valued.
Always, I'd arrive 10-15 min prior to my appointment time, be called in at my appointment time, the doctor would see me, do my exam and I'd be in and out within 30 minutes. Then things changed. It would be 30, 45, or even 60 minutes before I'd be called in, then have an additional wait once I was in the room. At times it's taken up to 2 hours just for an annual wellness exam! I voiced my concern more than once with the doctor and the typical answer was "yeah it's all on me". I understand things happen every now and then, but when this continued with every single visit, it was just too much! It's a shame, too, because Dr. Stein is a good doctor. That's the only reason I continued to go to her. I don't give up on people easily, but I wasn't being valued as a patient. My time is valuable too and I finally decided to find another doctor that respected it. I've talked to other patients of hers who have had similar issues as well, so I'm not alone, and that just makes me sad to know.

Dr. Stein should run a separate school for other GYNs teaching them how to do paps! 100% painless, super speedy. It’s over before I know it! She’s so eager to help and I never have to wait long. Wish I’d had the good fortune of finding her 25 years ago. Would have spared me a lot of discomfort and lifetime of dreading these visits unnecessarily. Bring your daughters to her! ?? Set them off with a good start!

Dr. Stein is an extremely caring, enthusiast, and trustworthy doctor. I have never had an issue with her or her office and I always feel comfortable with her treating me and my family. I will recommend her to anyone. Makes sure you know what is going on, talks like you've known her for years.

Dr. Stein is wonderful. She is very personable and makes women feel so comfortable during apts. I’ve been very disappointed in the service of her colleagues and office staff. Any billing problem or complaint?— the leadership staff will ignore you and not resolve any issues. Customer satisfaction is not their priority. Unfortunately, I am seeking out a different group of doctors.
