If you are looking for a quick opinion, you would be better off going to an Insta-Care location. I had a negative experience with regard to a mole on my leg. At my visit, I was told I would be referred to a dermatologist. This never took place. There was no follow up and when I questioned this 8 months later, I was told this was my "responsibility" not that of the Doctor. "Go find your own resources" was the message. I have friends who have had similar disappointments with this Dr, too.

Dr. Scheidell is wonderful. She spent plenty of time with me, letting me know the plan and possible outcomes. She was quick with referrals for additional testing and specialists when necessary. She continues to be my primary physician because I trust her.

Dr. Scheidell does not take any time to listen to concerns or answer my questions. She always seems to be in a rush to get me out of her office. Most recently went to worst case scenario for some symptoms I had without any explanation or testing before she left the office in a hurry, yet again. Went to another doc to find out that Scheidell's poor bedside manner caused unnecessary worry and was completely inaccurate. I do not recommend Scheidell for any services.
