She deserves a rating of 10 overall across the board. Yes , I always recommend her to Family and friends who are looking for an OBGYN.I have been seeing Dr. Coulter for about 20 years, since I was in my early 30's. She is one of the most exemplary examples of professionalism in the Medical field. Her staff is very friendly and her wait times are not long, granted that she's an OB-GYN, you have to understand their schedules can vary. You are not rushed with her in your appointments, very understanding and knowledgeable in her field of Medicine about female issues. When she speaks with you, compassion is always there; She explains any issues, problems and diagnosis in detail with you. You are welcome to ask any questions, without being fearful of doubt. Her demeanor is so welcoming, in that you leave her office with much gratitude and thankfulness in Dr. Coulter being your Doctor. . Dr. Coulter and her staff are very much appreciated in the work and time that they give for us women.
