Physician and United Medical
I've been with this doctor for over 20 yrs and he has been awesome unfortunately United Medical took over the office and everything went done hill to the point that me and my family recently left this office. This companies policies hurt the physicians and patients. The rudeness to elderly people which I witnessed several times is unacceptable. Also if you ask to make an appointment for a physical they'll say you have to been seen first before the can schedule a physical and on top of that refills is a problem as well. Like I said it's not the physician it's United Medical and it seems that similar problems are present wherever this company is managing medical offices.

VERY GOOD DOCTOR WHO GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND!!
I thought i did not have problems not til i had an annual physical exam last year Sept 2023 with Dr Badillo. He was the one who first found out there was a problem on the left side of my body and he ordered tests right away. When the results came out he immediately called me and another testing would be done. He is very caring doctor who goes above and beyond! Thank you Dr Badillo if not for you i would not have known that i have a problem with my ureter and kidney. I can't thank you enough. May God bless you more you and your team - United Medical. Thanks again!

I’m glad I’m not the only one that had problems there, they are trying to charge me from bills from 2017 on and never sent me a bill because for all these years they put the wrong number on my insurance claims and now they sent my bills to a collection company. Never in 2017,2018,19 ,20 or 21 when I went in the office they told me I had unpaid bills, which by the way I don’t because I paid my co paids but because they enter the wrong info it shows unpaid. My credit score it’s excellent and now it shows that it dropped 160 points because of this. I have been trying to fix this with the billing department but they are just as bad. Also he has sent me to different specialist in the past 5 years and I never had an issue with any of them, I paid what they told me I owed and that was it. It’s a shame that I worked so hard and pay always on time all my bills and because of their office staff and also the doctor that didn’t step in on this I have to deal with this. I actually spoke on the pho

Incompetent
My husband had to go into office 11/23/2022 because he needed medication refills. He wasn’t due for a physical yet. He had a 1:15pm appointment didn’t see Dr Badillo until 3pm. Now today 11/30/2022 I look for his medication refill and guess what it’s not there. Since Dr Badillo joined United Medical the competency and accuracy of everything from referrals medication refills and getting a appointment timely has gone down. I would no longer recommend this place. I have a bad back and can’t get a follow up appointment until a month later 12/29/2022. I am so disgusted with this group.

Wait time is usually reasonable, no more than 20 minutes. Dr. Badillo listens and answers all my questions. Staff is courteous and helpful. I Have been his patient for approximately 20 years.

Efficiency and thoroughness have declined in the last 6 months. From replies on the dedicated portal, to follow -up communications and provider engagement, I've been left with an uncomfortable feeling.
