We came over from Pediatric Associates and this has been an immediately better experience. From the very beginning, it was so personalize. Dr. Chung took the time and did not rush us. She even called me after the appointment, because my husband took our kid, and spent a long time telling me what was discussed and hearing me about my concerns. An experience you wouldn’t get with a corporate mill of an office.

Dr. Chung has been amazing with my son since the first appointment. She has gotten to know him since he was a newborn and just did his 12 month check up. She has been by his side through his reflux, dairy allergy, colic, basically everything. Always finding a way to help him feel better and give me peace of mind as a new mom. We love and appreciate how caring and understanding she is. Her attentiveness doesn’t go unnoticed. She is a caring physician and a wonderful doctor.

I took my 2 boys ages 2 and 4 to an appointment for a routine checkup. My 4 year old has autism and appointments always make me nervous. She provided amazing care and took the time to make them both feel comfortable. She made my children feel extremely safe and took out the time to answer any questions and address all my concerns.

This was our first appointment for our son with Dr. Chung. She was very personable and welcoming. I really enjoyed how she took the time to explain and educate us on our newborn. I look forward to our next visit.

She listens to your concerns and makes sure she answers all of your questions. She is very reassuring and empathic. I love how she tends to my kids and makes them comfortable. Highly recommend!

I like the fact that the doctor took time out to speak to me about my children’s health and recommendations. Dr Chung has a great bedside manor.

Dr. Chung is excellent. We have seen her for a few years now and I’m very impressed. Yesterday, we went in for our annual exam. She listens to concerns from both the parent and child and engages fully with both of them during the visit. Her suggestions are helpful and she truly has the best interest of her patient. Dr. Chung is relatable. Not only is she a physician, she is a parent to 3 boys of different age groups. I noticed how she made my son feel comfortable and welcome during our visit. I 100% recommend this practice and Dr. Chung. She is kind, knowledgeable and a perfect representation of what a pediatrician should be.

Dr. Chung is very kind and patient when it comes to listening to her patients and what problems they have. She’s very good with following up on how your child is doing after the visit and makes sure if you need a specialty appointment that you got one in a reasonable timeframe. I’m grateful for Dr. Chung.

We love Dr. Cheng! She is caring and compassionate. She takes her time with us and I have NEVER once felt rushed or silly asking her questions !
