Condescending
My visit with This doctor was awhile ago but I found him to be condescending and aloof, would never recommend or visit him again, there are so many other Good ENTs to choose from.Dr. Giacchi should have learned some manners somewhere along the line.

Why does Glenda work there?
This review goes out to Glenda, Dr. Giacci's assistant, who couldn't have been less empathetic, understanding, and helpful. I was very frustrated and upset over the phone with her, and instead of maybe, just maybe, recognizing where I was coming from, she said, "I don't need you yelling at me...." Glenda's poor, insensitive behavior regarding my son, unfortunately, reflects on Dr. Giacci and the practice. One star for Glenda.

Ironic for an ear, nose throat specialist to be a poor listener but that's exactly my experience with Dr Giacchi. He had me coming 2-3 times per week to "suction" my ear infection. It hurt and was terribly loud but when I complained, he said that was the only option. Yet, he also said it was fine for me to fly for a business trip to Chicago. He was wrong on all counts. Flying put me in great pain and when I went to see him about it, his only solution was to place the loud screaming device into the irritated ear canal. "Are you alright?" he asked, because I was clearly flinching from the shrieking device. "No," I said. He continued anyway. Then the ringing started. I told him about it and for the first time, his arrogance vanished and he looked scared. Bottom line is that he triggered tinnitus. It started because he overused the suction device on me, didn't listen to my point of view and now I've lived with ringing in my ears NON-STOP for more than 3 years. Do NOT go to Dr Giacchi.

Echo others reviews...12 minutes visit charged $1,300. "Nasal endoscopy' , literally took FOUR seconds, charged $600 and not paid by my insurance, forced to pay from my pocket. This facility is focused on making money only , keep in mind that while you go there.

Dr. Giacchi SAVED MY LIFE! As a recovering alcoholic, my trachea collapsed, and it was through the diligent care of Dr. Giacchi that saved my life. I love reading about people who are complaining about vertigo...listen to my story about how the doctor saved my life, showed me how to live after he performed a permanent tracheostomy. He isn’t just a physician, he’s a friend

I went to Advocare ENT after suffering from a sinus and ear infection for close to a month. I only went because I live nearby and it was available for an immediate appointment. I can say now that is is clear why. It was a terrible experience, the office itself is antiquated with old equipment. Dr. Giacchi's bedside manner was atrocious. He clearly thinks he is the smartest in the room and doesn't really have a conversation about your illness or any interest in finding the cause. Go elsewhere.

I was very disappointed at the care of Dr. Giacchi. I was seen for Vertigo - he then gave me a prescription for a youtube video for the epley maneuver. This is a five minute non invasive movement of the head that a specialists who billed over $600 for a 15 minute appointment should be willing to do. My insurance already paid him $600 and he now going after me in collections for another $250. This is an insult to the practice of medicine. I will be pursuing this with the insurance fraud agency. I

Don't waste your time - was charged over $500 ! for a new patient fee and was NEVER told about this before seeing him. When the manager was questioned about this they were UNHELPFUL and tried to defend this egregious fee by blaming the insurance, which I had. And then the bill for the reminder of the session including unrequested lab cultures and other procedures blew me away - for a cold/flu. Very deceptive and shifty practices involved. I will never use this Morristown Practice again.

Don't expect any call back from the staff. They are horrible. They promise you to call when in fact they know they have two day off the following day. I am still waiting for the phone call. Apparently they really don't care
