Tried to make a new patient appointment with this physician for a routine physical. The person who answered the phone was rude and odd. I told her 3 times my insurance was Florida Blue Options, which they accept and she kept asking if it was Medicare. I’m not old enough for Medicare and she already had my birthdate. I kept telling her no and she acted like I was lying. Then she said she would check with the doctor and get back to me. Nobody ever called so I made an appointment elsewhere. Absurd!

My wife and I have both been patients of Dr, Arroyo for many years. Both of us have had some serious illness and hospitalizations. He is probably the most caring, careful doctors you could ever want. He is an excellent diagnostician and very sympathetic to your needs. The office staff and his nurse are all friendly and caring.

This physician is a wonderful listener and great communicator. He does not rush you during your appointment and there is little wait time to see him. Same day appointments have been available. My husband is a diabetic and not easy to control however Dr. Arroyo is always upbeat and determined to do his best to find the answers that will work for my husband. We would definitely recommend him.

I rc'd a recommendation to see him from a nurse. He relies on science and a careful review of evidence at hand. His office is kind and upbeat. Sometimes they are even singing. Good space. Great Dr.

he is da bomb. funny, friendly, listens to you, REMEMBERS you, will do whatever you desire, doesn't judge you for your beliefs or thoughts, office staff is great with referrals and paperwork, getting an appointment in an urgent situation is a breeze, the office staff doesn't argue or give nasty looks. very nice gentleman. have been using him for 13yrs now. hope he doesn't retire anytime soon.
