Dr. Mojica rejected my genome Decipher test for prostate cancer done under Anthem PPO policy. She is a family practice physician with no in-depth understanding of latest medical advancement in Urology, yet she is denying my test to save her employer, Anthem, some money. Shameful. And why is Anthem using a family practice physician, usually the least capable of medical school graduates, to review medical procedures done by specialists? The answer is GREED ! they simply want to save money and pay their executives tens of million of dollars while denying medical care to their patients.

She was absolutely unhelpful, condescending and should be carefully audited. I am considering changing my affiliation with UCI because of her uncaring and unprofessional behavior.

I've had my fair share of doctors in the past with previous jobs. Dr. Mojica is by far on the better side. Did not take long to get seen and she was attentive to my concerns during my visit.

Dr. Mojica doesn't explain her rationale to her patients and is not helpful. As a healthcare provider, I would expect her to at the very least give resources to her patients or refer her patients to providers in areas she cannot help in.
