I have nothing to say but amazing things about Dr. Frants. She is a very caring provider who takes the time to listen as well as inform you and educate you about your plan of care. She wants to hear the patients thoughts and feelings and involves you in your care. I absolutely have the utmost respect for her. She is on top of all the latest in this field and I trust her unconditionally.

I've never switched doctors so fast
My first appointment was good. In my second appointment, she was rude. She dismissed my concerns about how a med change negatively impacted my breathing ('there's no way that had any effect'). She seemed angry at me, rather than the staff, that a message I had left was confusing to her (the staff was not confused). Her communication was unclear: She asked me if I had ever taken a particular drug and I had to ask her to repeat herself 3 times. She said I should try it but then it wasn't in my discharge instructions. I only realized she wanted it started when I got a notification from my pharmacy that it was ready. When I said I would like to only revert one of the two medication changes she had originally made, in order to see which one had caused my symptoms to worsen (I thought this was more scientific and said 'I like science!') she said 'I hate science!' I have switched to a new doctor, one who hopefully likes science. And people.

Get Second and Sometimes Third Opinions
I found Dr. Frantz to be arrogant, condescending, and rude. Her bluster, didn’t distract me from questioning her judgement and ultimately finding much better and more professional help elsewhere.

My experience thus far has been amazing. She is thorough and forthright. Dr. Frantz has ordered tests for me that no other doctor has fir my pulmonary issues and because of this may be responsible ultimately for saving my life. Some may regard her as brusque. In my experience I do t need a doc to hold my hand, just know what is best. I have 100 percent faith in her. FYI staff is attentive, sensitive and helpful. Many thanks especially to Zach

Dr. Frant’s is an awesome doctor. She knows her job inside and out. She did wonders for me. At first she took me by surprise with her being very forthcoming. But, she really cares and comes out in a different way. Also, she is not like that in every visit. She deeply cares!! Wait time is less than 10 minutes. The staff are wonderful and caring. Dr. Frants Will continue to be my Pulmonologist until she retires.

Comprehensive, available, thoughtful, dedicated, when Dr. Frants is in the room with you, she is all about the patient. Dr. Frants has amazing staff and when Zach says he will get back to you, he does. She goes to bat with the insurance companies to get the patient care required. She sets the bar to compare all doctors, many come up short in comparison. If Doctor Frants says you need something; you do not need My Web MD to verify, just obey the good doctor, she is that good. I trust her!

Dr. is the best Dr I have ever been to. She will take the time to explain the issues I have and make suggestions as to how to make the best of them. She is very, very patient oriented and caring. She is the BEST.
