Seemed sweet but not medically helpful
Dr. Bansal seemed sweet upon our initial encounter when I went to get my asthma tested. However, she spent 5 minutes in the room (maybe less). And she could not answer my basic questions regarding the asthma treatment I was seeking. I presented her with the updated GINA guidelines but she was dismissive and acted like she didn't know what I was talking about, as if she was evading my questions. Then, she feigned listening to my lungs by asking me to breathe in and out but she barely touched the stethoscope to the left and right upper lung fields, then proceeded to walk out of the room. I empathize that she probably works more in the hospital, but that is no excuse for delivering such poor assessment to your patient. Both the initial appointment and follow up she left the room in the middle of me asking her a question. I feel terrible leaving a 1 star review but I hope this prepares others for the level of care they can expect.

Was 45 minutes late and spent 4 minutes with me.
