Dr. Reed Garza, MD

Set up an appointment over a month and a half ago. Showed up to the appointment today and the office said that they don't see me on the schedule. The went to the back and asked Dr. Garza if he could get me in and he said that he was not willing to make any accommodations. So, the doctor was not willing to accommodate a patient, when his own staff messed up. Dr. Garza is an example of how healthcare today lacks sensitivity or empathy. A good doctor would have, without question, accommodated someone who had an appointment (and scheduled it months ago). What a joke of a medical practice. This doctor obviously doesn't care about his patients.

The doctor was very thorough, asked me several times if I had questions/concerns, called me at home with the follow-up results from the lab.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Garza. He is not only a phenomenal clinician, but very professional yet personable. He involved me as a parent in the health care decisions and plan of care for my daughter which I appreciate.

He's a very typical doctor believing there's a specific pharmaceutical chemical designed for each specific diseased state. And that's the end of his competence. The rest is just a sprinkle of narcissism mixed with a tone of patronizing apathy.
