Best rheumatologist for me!
I am so grateful I found Dr. Neal-Kraal. She help get my lupus under control and to sustain a healthy life. She listens with empathy and spends time with me helping me to understand a disease that isn't easy to understand. There are few rheumatologists around as it is, but I am glad I found her.

Great Doctor
Dr. Neal-Kraal is a great doctor. She takes the time to talk to you and answer your concerns. Long wait for appointment and front desk is understaffed.

Long wait, unfriendly reception
I waited 4 months to get an appointment with Dr. Neal-Krall. I arrived 5 minutes late and was told that I would need to reschedule because I should have been 30 minutes early. The receptionist was not kind, respectful or helpful in any way, even after I offered to wait to see if there was another cancellation that day.

Not likely, because your receptionist is so rude.
The front desk person who is answering the phone is so rude. Need to change her attitude towards patients especially dealing with Seniors. She should not be working in a doctors office.

My medication worth over 1K is in their office and they won’t pick up the phone or answer my email for my injection. Apparently my health and well being are not their top priority. Severely understaffed office. I do not recommend.

Online portal doesn’t sync up with appointments. My doctor had to fax my information even though she told me she emailed it...the receptionist told me it needed to be faxed and there was no email. Then I had to wait a month and a half in pain. I was told I would be on a waitlist for cancellations but never got any follow up throughout the weeks I was waiting. I received email confirmations of my appointment time for 9/8 at 10a. On 9/4 I got a call reminding me of my appointment on 9/8 at 9:30a. I told them that I confirmed. Then day of the appointment I get a text message AND an email confirming my 10a appointment time. I arrived at 9:50 and was immediately “talked to” by the receptionist that I was late and that the office called on Friday. I agreed with her then tried to show her the two messages from the morning. She was treating me as if I wasn’t going to be seen at all because of their scheduling error. It isn’t hard to change the time on automatic appointment reminders. Instead o

My last rheumatologist literally crippled me was so all around horrible that when I got to Dr. Neal-Kraal I was pretty scared to potentially to be left in the care of another bad doctor. But she blissfully proved my fears wrong. She was wickedly quick and professional. She not only proved herself knowledgeable in both her field and my case but to time to understand and listen about how my life affects my condition and how my condition affects my life. Unfortunately the damage done by the last doctor who crippled me and left me that way for 8 months left more damage than returning me to the proper medication could now repair. I trust under her care we will find a new course of treatment to return me to pain free and full-functioning.

Based on my experience, I will not have my 2 family members see Dr. Rebekah Neal again. First,I want to qualify by saying that I like Dr. Neal a lot, she is knowledgeable and personable. My problem is with the office personnel. I have family members who are patients of Dr. Neal, I have seen and spoken to this same woman many times so I know what I am saying when I say she is rude, cold, short and unsympathetic. This is not how to treat patients or potential patients. In addition, even after I said I'm in pain, I was told their next opening is not until end of November! To make matters worse, this woman was telling me I need a referral! ? I do not require a referral because my insurance allows me to see any doctor of any specialty I want with out a referral! This person hung up on me. I called back to speak with the office mgr. She tells me they do not want to see me as a patient. It wasn't worth me explaining my side. I was not allowed to speak or leave a msg for Rebekah.

Dr. Rebekah Neal is totally unprofessional. I was referred to her by my physician and wasnt impressed by her at all. She lacked empathy and felt like she was rushing me. Worst part was that she complained about me to the referring doctor about the dispute I had regarding missed appointment with her office staff. What kind of doctor talks bad stuff about their patients behind their back. She should be glad that I didn't complain to medical board about her behavior. I am never going back to this doctor again.

She started of as a great doctor very caring and genuinely amazing, but as the visit progressed her office got more and more difficult to work with I went days to weeks without getting authorization for my prescriptions and every visit felt like she cared less and less about my concerns and the questions I had.

Dr. Neal is an excellent listener. She guided me through the options and helped me decide on the best treatment for my R.A. She is kind and gentle, and puts me at ease. When I was unwilling to use one of the treatments, she found another that fit my needs. She prescribed a treatment that is working successfully on my R.A. and she continues to monitor and advise me on a regular basis. She is honest about letting me know what to expect as I age and encourages me stay positive about the future.
