Scheduling Staff Not Responsive
I made an appointment with Dr. Williams staff approximately 1 month prior to the appointment date. When on the phone with her staff, of course they requested my Medical insurance information, which is Humana HMO. Two days prior to my appointment time, I got a call from her staff stating that Dr. Williams was not taking Humana HMO patients. I asked the staff why didn't they contact me sooner than 2 days prior to my appointment to tell me and I received no real professional answered. I asked to speak to the Office Manager and I have yet to receive a call back. Unprofessional!

Dr. Williams is hands down the best! She treated me while I was pregnant with my first child 4 years ago and really helped ease my anxiety while providing me with thorough care during my entire pregnancy as well as performing an emergency c-section. I am thrilled to be seeing her during my second pregnancy and feel so blessed that she will be delivering my second child too! She is always smiling and upbeat and the care she provides is top notch.

Dr. Williams is the best OB around. She is so warm and friendly. Her laugh is amazing, and she makes you feel like youre visiting a girlfriend, instead of having an appointment. She delivered my second child.My labor and delivery was amazing, and the best experience with her. She makes you feel like family when you visit her, and not just a number. I would follow her across the world if I had to. Best doctor, hands down.

Dr. Williams is just incredible!!! We just love her. She's incredibly patient and she just lights up the room when she enters. She put us at ease before, during and after my c-section. Highly recommended!!!

Dr. Williams was excellent- not only did she take the time to answer all of my questions, I could tell that I had her full attention the entire time. I felt comfortable all throughout the process and am very grateful to have found a doctor so personable!

Dr. Williams delivered both my babies (2013 & 2016)! My first was 9lbs 1oz and I did not tear! Which meant a lot to me because I can't imagine tearing! When i had my second, 8lbs 6oz, i also didn't tear!!! Both pregnancy was easy and quick, she coached and motivated me through the whole process!! I gotten my tubes tied after the second baby, and it healed perfectly with only a little scar from the cut. Dr. Williams has an amazing spirit and I can not imagine if i had gone to anybody else!
