Just say no
I looked up her history on the internet and found, at the time, she'd worked at about 12 places in multiple states in (I think) 17 years in the US. I've looked since my visit and can't seem to find as much info. Hmmm. My doctor refused to recommend anyone else so I went. I regret it. The office appointment did seem fairly thorough including her trying to influence my religious choice! The woman at the window was not friendly but the nurse was great. Again, Dr. Evans was the only pain doc my doc would recommend so I followed up on the initial back pain shots. 4 of the 6 shots given at the hospital for the one visit I made for them were quite painful. She knew it, said 'sorry' for the first two and continued rushing. The last two the numbing shots had time to work. As for the shots, they worked for about a month and a half. No pain at all. Them I will follow up on as soon as I get the money and find a different doc for them. But as far as her, just say no.

Excellent Doctor
Dr. Trangco-Evans is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. She actually listens to what you are saying when describing your symptoms and asks pertinent questions to pinpoint the problem. She takes the time to explain, in detail, the physiology of your condition, your treatment options and therapys to reduce your pain. Listen to her, she's a very smart lady.

Knowledge and experience.
I had my first appointment with Dr. Evans today and she scored a 10. Explains everything in a way that I fully understood. She drew a diagram of my back being careful to explain what it should look like and what does look like. I have no doubt she will have the solution to my problem.

Dr. Evans is a great pain Dr. If your just looking for pain med. to continue your habit , you should look else where. Her bad reviews come from people who are just looking for a prescription and didn't get one.

After a severe auto accident, I went to several Drs. Dr. Evans was one of the best. She went way out of her way to help me. Some of the Drs. I went to, told me to learn to live with the pain because of my age. But not Dr Evans. She provided me with effective epidurals and just enough pain med to help me get thru the day without being loopy. I went to the medical boards to research her background and found her to be accredited in many aspects of pain management.

Told me that if my faith was deeper I would have less pain. She decreased my meds by 60% and has me just withdrawing from meds I have been on for years. Not even board certified in pain management and I cannot even find where she went to med school. My bad for going to her.
