Very professional and respectful
Telehealth
I felt at ease talking to Dr. Rebecca Silver about my psychiatric issues. She took the time to listen to my symptoms and offer some advice and help get my medications sorted out from a previous Telehealth provider. I felt respected bc she did not judge me for my problems and genuinely want to help her patients. Only I will say I was her wait time while in my local hospital without a psych ward was pretty long. The nurses had to wake me out of my sleep around 11pm for her appointment and I had a hard time getting someone to answer the phone that late to confirm that I was ok to be discharged.

My husband and I waited 4 hours to be told nothing about our child. Dr. Silver showed no empathy for my husband and I, and basically based her assessment on what our child said. She was not forthcoming with solutions for follow up or patient services. Poor bedside manner.
