Dr.Shoaf spent a lot of time with us at our visit. We were anxious and she recognized that we needed extra time and a thorough assessment of the problems that brought us to the office. The health and welfare of our family seemed important to her and we felt valued. Dr. Shoaf made some realistic suggestions about how to handle the situation and promised a timely follow-up. Dr. Shoaf is amiable and knowledgeable and it was easy to just sit down and speak with her.
