Horrible doctor! Always felt rushed during our appointment. Spent maybe 5 minutes with us total. For being a director of Endocrinology you’d think she know her stuff, but unfortunately she dosen’t. My son has two different endocrinology issues affecting him. First, is growth she thought negative saying he’d only make it to barely 5 foot full grown. I’m happy to say that at 16 (under a new endocrinologist) he’s flourishing beautifully at 5’4. His 2nd issue is a rare genetic condition she treated, which he had to stop injectable medication because of a skin condition called lipodystropy. She didn’t stop this medication soon enough. Now my son has to have plastic surgery to remove the excess skin on his stomach this medication permanently caused. This doctor wasn’t monitoring the side effects close enough. His new endocrinologist caught the severity of it right away and we stopped the medication. Don’t waste your time with this doctor!
