Dr. Braverman did very little during our daughter's visit. She literally looked at my daughter's eye for 30 seconds after it was dilated which did not make us feel confident in her diagnosis. She was kind and attentive at first but when she discovered that our appointment was a second opinion she became visibly annoyed and was very short in her answers to the questions we had. She also placed incorrect coding on reason for visit which resulted in the appointment not being covered by insurance
