I have suffered for over 20 years from migraines. After seeing countless doctors with no improvements I was referred to Dr. Reiser. She was very attentive, took the time to listen to me, understand my medical history, and discuss my options. I finally have relief from migraines after all these years. The office staff is also very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Reiser, and have also referred friends and family members.

Dr. Reiser has provided me with exceptional care. She has always been compassionate and attentive to my symptoms, needs, and concerns. I have found her to be personable and prompt in our appointments, spending quality time with me discussing my condition. I had 2 other neurologists before her and was happy to finally found someone who didn’t push medication and was flexible with treatment I was comfortable with for my condition. She monitors my condition closely and keeps an open line of communication in case of emergencies. I would and have highly recommended Dr. Reiser to anyone who needs someone who knows her field well!

Had an emergency event which led to hospitalization. Doctor never spoke with me. The doctor failed to do adequate testing to properly diagnose my illness. After the hospital, I was denied follow up care, which is supposedly protocol. I felt I received grossly negligent care in the hospital from the doctor, and then she refused to see me at her office. I don’t understand what might create such a seeming lack of concern for the wellbeing of a patient. A referral to another provider at least?

Doctors are supposed to "do no harm." This doctor issued a premature and unfounded diagnosis for my health crisis that is making it difficult to get the proper care for what is plaguing me. A post-hospital follow-up visit was denied by her office due to our inability to pay, which goes against the protocols claimed by the hospital. I found her arrogant, uncaring, incompetent, and without compassion. Is there a "No Stars" rating?

If tests for cerebral events are negative she defaults to a psychiatric disorder rather than further investigation, when many TIA's do not show up on traditional tests. It becomes difficult getting further care when a careless diagnosis is issued without any interaction with patient nor family, and that diagnosis goes in a patient record to influence other providers. She visited the patient’s room in hospital but didn't even speak with patient or the family. I cannot recommend her.

My mom was in the hospital for a TIA. At discharge, we were told she needed to be seen in 2-3 weeks by Dr. Reiser. We were also told the office would call to set up a home heart monitor. 2 days after discharge, nobody had called, so I called the office. I left a message for the MA/Nurse to call back. Voice mail said she would call back within 72 hrs. 6 days later no call back so I called again. Lady I talked to said next appt is 11 wks away. Said “I hope Ronnie will call” back. Ridiculous

I went into this Clinic to see a neurologist Rebecca Reiser MD I got there 5 minutes late but I called before and they said that was okay I waited in line for literally 10 minutes until someone helped me and then  I found out that I had to have a packet filled out which they never told me I was going to need to fill out a packet and they claim that they mailed one to me and I did not get anything in the mail and so the nurse comes out and calls for me. I'm not ready and she says well you're 17 m

I was experiencing painful migraine headaches, and was referred to Dr Reiser because I have a family history of aneurysms and was concerned. Dr Reiser was very calm and after a short talk assured me that I needed to manage my stress levels above anything else, and prescribed a medication which worked much better than pain meds that other doctors had suggested. I like that she took a practical, conservative approach that addressed the root cause versus just the symptoms.

I think this has been the most unorganized office I've ever seen. The MA "Ronnie" is probably one of the rudest and unsympathetic people I've ever met. I have had very little luck getting appointments, getting answers or calls back, and just general help. Everyone I talk to has a different excuse for everything. I've regularly had to wait 30 minutes to an hour for my appointments, then another 30 minutes once I'm in a room. Also, they refuse to do any paperwork for insurance. So disappointing.

They are very bad at scheduling and communication.. They just care about your wallet. I WAITED FOREVER and the doctor seemed fake annoyed and fidgety. She seemed bothered and eager to get me out of her office. The appointment was short un detailed and a total waste of time and money.

They are way too busy to treat you like a priority, they have a revolving door set up the dr spent 10 min with me... it designed to make you waste as much money as possible they messed up my MRI schedule. I had to deal with it for a month and did all the work myself to get the ball rolling. they lost my paperwork several times... called me to set up a schedule for a time the doctor was on vacation then marked down the wrong day and wrong time. they have no regard for the health of their patents
