Is your time valuable? Some may think not!
Initial visit never happened! We (85 year old grandmother and I) made it a point on our end to be punctual! We both sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes and another 25 in the exam room without being seen. When we finally decided to walk out and leave the doctor was now, suddenly ready to see us just like that! Wasn't going to stick around after and wait for coffee and donut hour to end. With that being said we decided to fine another Doc who valued our time as much as they value their own! It's a very poor practice to schedule patients and not have your schedule honed enough to see them on time. To ad insult to injury what makes it even worse is when the doctor has no regard for the elderly, especially one whom has a back injury which is not ideal for sitting in waiting rooms for 45 minutes plus!

don't understand question
I found Dr. Prostco ver attentive and answer my questions without hesitation. Was reassuring also but was honest when she questioned my judgment - such as when I gained weight. If I felt I would like certain optional tests, she readily agreed. The regular exams were very thorough.

I have been a patient for 11 years and I'm sorry I never thought to leave a review sooner. I highly recommend her and believe she is an excellent and caring doctor; she will send you for whatever tests you may need. Her office does its own blood draws, ekgs, echos, carotid ultra sound. Her practice is busy, however, if you have an issue and no appointment she will make sure you are seen even if you have to wait.

I saw her in her newest office. Wow...the office was so disorganized. Didn’t have me in the computer system and I have been a patient there for 8 years. The doctor was scattered and was not focusing on me. Not sure but she has really changed her bedside manner for the worse. I am going to find another internist. This was an awful experience.

Shortly after moving to Palm City, I was in an accident and needed a doctor. Dr Prostko was recommended and I called for an appointment. She and her staff were kind and accommodating and got me in the next day. Due to her knowledge of specialists in the area, I was able to get in front of my issues. She and her staff were invaluable!

The best physician I have ever seen. She saved my life twice with serious illnesses. One an infection no one else was able to diagnose and the other when I was short of breath and my cardiologist said I was fine. I was not fine. I recommend her to everyone.

Misdiagnosed my statin intake that sent me to the hospital over 3 weeks with Rhabdomyolysis (acute renal failure) where I had to have many dialysis treatments. What upset me was that after 17 years as a patient the office would not release my office records. After 15 telephone calls, 3 visits and a letter to the Florida Medical Board to finally receive them.

My husband was seeing Dr. Prostko. She is not a good doctor. We are very suprised how she become a doctor even. She does not keep up to date medicines or new treatments about diabetics or anything. If you want to die early you can go her absolutely.

There are too many reasons why I wouldn't be seen by this person. Therefore I would say rudeness on the part of the doctor and her staff were very obvious. Find another doctor.
