Quick, effective treatment

After having BCC in 12/17 and strictly following accepted derm protocol to be seen every 6 months, I moved to PDX 12/20. Dr. Bremner seemed to think it was ok to do yearly checks. I insisted on the 6 month mark. My last appointment was 10/22 and she really insisted that I do yearly skin checks. In 4/23 2 things appeared on my face. 1 is something that Dr. Bremner froze2x but never thought to biopsy. Well that spot is back and I went to a different derm who did biopic both spots. One is actinic keratosis and the spot she froze 2x is SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOMA IN SITU. It is now a much bigger site ON MY FACE that needs to have mohs. I won’t and don’t recommend Dr. Bremner.

Went into to get injection into keloid that formed after shoulder replacement surgery February 15, 2023. Dr. entered with a huge frown on her face, her demeanor and tone were slightly rude. I could tell she was visibly upset about something. I was very uncomfortable. She was in and out so fast. She didn’t explain anything to me after the two procedures I had. I got to ask one question regarding continuing using a silicone gel patch on keloid scar and her answer I felt was Sarcastic. She was out the door. Came back left a return appt card on the bench said come back in a month then gone. I have a return appointment and just hope she is having a better day.

I am a return customer,. I had a small tag removed. My previous visit found precancerous material on my bald head. Wearing more hats now. This was a checkup.

Background: I worked out-of-doors a fair amount, including the Far North. I also did a lot of running outside. Irish-German genes, fair skin. Macho "I'm invulnerable!" attitude. Medical consequence: tons of skin cancer issues. Thus a good dermatologist is my best friend. Dr. Bremner is smart and competent. She thinks fast, moves fast, and gets the job done.

It is amazing how The Oregon Clinic Dermatology was able to adapt to the Covid pandemic and install safety elements to protect incoming patients, staff and medical professionals. All that and addressing the medical needs of patients.

My initial visit with Dr Bremner went very well. She listened intently to all of my concerns. She resolved what was possible right then & there, and took samples of what was needed. The results of tissue sent for analysis were phoned to me the next day. Great work by her and all the staff. I look forward to seeing her on an annual basis.

Dr. Bremner is a true professional and expert in her field. I hope I won’t need to come back but if so, I’m her patient for sure!

I was able to secure an appointment quickly via a cancellation! I just moved to the area and was concerned about a spot on my leg. Everything about my visit was outstanding from the phone calls to get an appointment to the check out. Dr. Bremmer and her staff were fantastic! Friendly, kind, efficient! HIGHLY recommend! Dr. Bremner is an empathetic, knowledgeable physician with excellent training and background. The office runs very efficiently and staff are courteous and efficient. Been there many times for chronic skin condition and have been given the information and treatment needed.

Not friendly or helpful. Somehow I saw her twice and paid $300 after insurance; for her to only make matters worse! I cancelled my third appointment and sought a second opinion. Saw positive results after my first appointment with new doctor. Do not plan on going back if results continue as is.

I've been going to Dr Bremner for many years now. She has caught many times cancer at an early stage and feel incredibly fortunate to have found her.

Dr. Bremner is a rare combination - both extremely professional and knowledgable, and extremely warm and friendly. Among all the healthcare professionals my family and I have dealt with in our lives, she is one of the best and one of our favorites. She's quick and efficient but listens carefully, too. Excellent physician.

She dismissed my idea of what could be causing a rash and put me on oral medication for 3 weeks. I went back and nothing had changed. She claimed it must be acne, but still tested it for bacteria, which it wasn't. When I proposed my original idea and asked if I would have to deal with this sudden acne for extended period of time she somewhat chuckled at me. I used a topical she provided for a week and it got even horribly worse. End of the story I didn't go back & cortisone cleared it in 2 weeks

I'm a regular patient and she is always professional, spends time with me and helps keep all my skin problems under control
