the entire staff pleasant caring and really supportive are the best. From the minute you walk into the practice you are greeted with a smile from reception. First impressions are how the practice operates. I never mind waiting as it is a very busy practice. I’ve been a patient since 2017.

I have been seeing Dr. Ross for an aneurysm and had some pain in my midsection that concerned me. Bottom line it was my gall bladder. After test, laparoscopic was performed ad then discovered gall bladder attached to intestines. But she was able to proceed and repaired and removed the affected areas. Wouldn't have any one else do surgeries, Very through and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain everything

Two doctors (ER and Neuro) tried to send my mom home even though she came in with stroke symptoms. Dr. Ross ordered tests and found 90% blockage in her carotid artery and her team operated the next day. I’m so thankful for her and Dr. Lopez!

I went to the ER at 10 pm on a Saturday with belly pains and what I thought might be food poisoning. The hospital was ready to admit me for further testing, but Dr Ross, who was the Surgeon on call, read the CT scan and determined that emergency surgery was necessary due to a bowel irregularity. By 3 am Dr Ross had assembled a surgical team and by 5 it was corrected. Her follow-up was daily, compasionate, caring and thorough. I would definite use her services again and highly recommend her.

Dr. Ross is my angel! She prevented my AbdominalAortaAneurysm from bursting by rushing me to the O.R. at midnight & performing the operation. She wasn't taking any chances once she found out it measured 5.7 cm across. I was so in awe to see her standing before me because I had read about her work in MyBethesdaHealth magazine. I vowed that if my aneurysm ever caused me problems, I would go to Bethesda and ask for her. I was so happy that she came to see me and also operated! I am doing well!

Doctor never followed up and kindly lied to patient and completely incompetent when performing surgery. The most horrific experience from the start to the end..Not one one star on this surgery only horrifying .never even returned call for major problem. Their staff and dr terrible I call four time no respond

Dr. Reagan Ross is a miracle worker. Her hands should be insured by Lloyd's of London. She saved my Father's life when everyone else said he should have been dead. She is a bright, focused, intelligent, attentive, caring doctor. I hope I never need her services again, but if I do, I hope she will be my surgeon.

Dr. Ross performed a small procedure on me this week. I recommend this clinic to all who may need a Doctor in her field. The staff is friendly and caring, Dr. Ross listened to my needs and views on this procedure and surgery. She was able to make me feel comfortable by explaining the procedure and answering any and all questions I asked in detail.
It has now been one day since my surgery and I had a question, within an hour or two Dr Ross returned my call and made sure I was ok.

I found Dr. Ross to be very competent and caring. She was 'no nonsese' pre-operatively and very caring post operatively. Her assistant Maria and the rest of the staff at her offices were always helpful.
