Convinced husband to see Dr. Crossnoe after seeing good reviews here. Husband was nervous about his knee and whether or not he'd be pressured to have surgery. Dr. Crossnoe was very reassuring and knowledgeable about all the options for his knee. We were very impressed with his manner, knowledge and kindness. Helped my husband feel much better about his knee. I highly recommend.

He is very proficient and caring. Office staff shares the same compassion. I was seen in the ER on a Sunday and was able to walk in the very next day to be seen on the spot. Awesome customer service. There was no delay even with my injury being a OJI and was still working the Workman's Comp Paperwork. (Office clerk) They all went above and beyond to make sure I had all the paperwork correct along with providing me excellent quality care.
