I am supposed to see Dr Anderson, but the receptionist make excuses and book me with the PA. The PA contradicted Dr Anderson with my diagnosis and twice the office failed to send me results in a timely manner and then send nasty grams because I did not return, when I didn’t know I was supposed to. They do not return phone calls when you call and need to book appointments. I will find an office that cares about their patients. And follow through.

Prescribed WRONG medication
Prescribed wrong medication. When I called his office to have them make it right AND reimburse me the $95 deductible I paid for it, Dr Anderson said NO. It was my fault for not looking at it before paying for it. He took NO responsibility for his doctor prescribing the wrong medication. I asked Dr Anderson to pay the $45 deductible for the correct medication and was again told no.They prescribed the wrong medication and take no responsibility for it.It's just my opinion but there are so many reputable dermatologists in the area, you should find 1 with some ethics.

He was rude and belittling. Before my last visit, I recommend Dr. Anderson to my girl friend and she too experience his rude and belittling behavior. She is now going to the south location and is very happy.

Dr. Anderson has removed several malignant growths from my face and shoulder. He is a very compassionate man, and a highly skilled physician. All of his staff are friendly and make you feel safe and comfortable. I totally trust his judgement, and would highly recommend him. He has undoubtedly been instrumental in saving many lives, by early diagnosis and treatment.

Very impressed with the professionalism of the front office in this practice. The nurses are very pleasant and address you by name and put you at ease right from the get go. They actually listen and respond to your health concerns in a respectful manner. Good training and counsel by senior management to the staff members- way to set yourself apart the "norm". Good job keep up the good work. Photo ID is used to "know" who the patient are by name- not a bad idea at all.

I went to the office twice in three weeks for a rash. The rash turned into itchy hives over my entire body. Given a card for an allergist (July 4th weekend). Next day I visited my Family practice office. They gave me steroids immediately. Dr Anderson should/could have done that. I will not be going back to this dermatologist.

Incredible doctor. He goes above and beyond. I have had a few melanomas and Dr Anderson has taken care of all of them. I wouldn't go to or trust anyone else. He shows genuine care and concern. I never feel rushed. I always feel listened to and well taken care of. Samantha Jordan is one of the PA's and she is also amazing. The staff is professional, kind and courteous. I can not say enough great things about this entire practice.

Always professional and considerate, takes time to listen, after informing Dr. Anderson that I had neck and head cancer he gave me his personal cell phone number in case I needed an explanation of what I was facing with my treatment (he did not treat my cancer). That was very nice of him to offer his phone number. I have had 3 skin cancers treated by Dr. Anderson and I am very pleased with the results. I would recommend Dr. Anderson to others.
