NO TIME
Dr Khan took NO time to talk about the procedure or my medications. During the procedure he was more concerned with the nurse who was having computer problems. I was like a dart board. During procedure comlained to the nurses that his children did not have school Thursday. I have NEVER had pain like that during the procedure, to the point of sqeezing the table and severe nausea and dizziness was rushed out of the room. When he turned away from the table to look at the computer while half wayshelping me get upHe went to help the nurse on the computer. NO CARE WAS TAKEN. No x-ray to confirm thr correct site. After I hurt like never before and bruised

Great Doc.
I thank God, that the V.A. Sent me to Dr. Welschafter. Dr. W. and his staff were great and found quickly the source of 30 plus years of pain. He had one treatment but told me I was too young for it and let me decide. I decided against surgery, he told me of another Doctor he thought could help, then sent me to Dr. Khan.Dr. Khan and his whole staff are thoughtful, professional, and care very much about their patients. I didn't go seeking drugs, for personal reasons and Dr. Khan understood that. He offered other treatments that have helped me greatly. After breaking my back 30 plus years ago in service, I finally got to get treatment and some good relief from the pain. No I will never be pain free, but my quality of live is much improved, and that is thanks to Dr. Khan. God bless both Docs and their staff.Semper Fi!toGod, Family, the Constitution, and the Corps

Don't waste your time
Spent less than 5 minutes in the room with me, didn't examine me and was incredibly condescending and rushed me to answer the few questions he had. Just wanted to push meds and procedures. On top on that, I was billed for an anesthesia visit... It was a 5 minute office visit. Just a money grab.

Horrible
He will ignore you gaslight you and try to push costly invasive procedures on you or call you crazy. There are so many doctors who care about their patients…. He is not one of them.

Years later I still have Truama from seeing him. He never will listen to your problems and will push shots and injections on you and procedures even when they didnt work the first time. He will judge you and talk down to you constantly and judges you for your medications. He will not take your pain and struggles seriously. After every visit I would feel worse and worse about myself. I never felt he truely had my best interest at heart. Not sure if he treats all his patients this way or just the women. I had to go to therapy afterwards for the comments he made about the pain being "in my head". Even after I went through all the proper channels of being diagnosed and papers from specialist in those fields that I did have these diseases and I did have chronic pain he would still make comments like im too young to have pain. Please save yourself and go somewhere else anywhere else for your needs. This experience has made it incredibly hard to trust doctors again.

I have been seeing Dr Khan for a few years for back pain. He is a very personable doctor who is excellent at what he does. I highly recommend him! I was in terrible pain for years and could barely function. I have the lumbar epidurals every few months and am finally able to enjoy life again! Thrilled with his expertise!

The PA and the doctor seem to not know what the other one is talking about not planning. I went in for a procedure and came out without having it done because the doctor didn’t do it but the PA thought t was necessary.

Dr. khan is such a rude doctor. First he walked in with the wrong chart and never introduced himself, I tje. ToldHim of my rare disease and long history and everything we have tried and the one thing that works so I can sleep without being in excruciating pain but he ignored me the whole time I was talking, then asked me what medicine I have tried and my NJ side came out when I said “I just told you everything so that tells me you were rude and didn’t listen” and he madeMe say it again. He then also asked to see my knee so he could feel it and I asked him to not touch it because I was in a lot of pain that day (wearing my immobilizing knee brace and all) and his response was “well if it hurts how the heck can you be wearing pants” well I have to go to work in pain or not so that’s how. He flat out told me he would do nothing for me because there was nothing wrong with me, I was so frustrated and told him that next time someone with a rare disease come in he need to look it up”

Dr Khan is amazing. In fact, his entire staff is amazing. They are so caring. I have never had to wait more than 15 mins even when I have arrived early. If I need a last minute appt. they squeeze me in. I have used him for my back pain including injections, etc. He performed my surgery for my Spinal Cord Stimulator implant. I was shocked to see someone had given this office a poor review. Well, it was only 1 review out of all the other 5 stars so take it with a grain of salt.

I have been a patient in Florida Pain management prior to moving to this area. Dr, Kahn is knowledgeable and attentive. If one approach does not work he will try something new until a working solution for each patient is found. After seeing him for more than two years I have seen none of the problems that I see mentioned. Dr. Kahn will do all that he can to relieve pain and avoid drugs that can create additional problems. His staff is helpful and involved in making thing go well for everyone.

My son has servere Crohns and was on a level of liquid methodone that was working for him and keeping him out of hospitals. Then they switched his doctor to Khan who asked him during his first visit to "lift up you shirt so I can see your Crohns" Then tried to push new procedures that our Surgeon and GI doctor said would not work. Didn't matter to this jerk ,he proceded to reduce his meds by 3/4 and took him from a functioning 165 pounds down to 112 and put him in the hospital.

While some places are labeled a pill mill this place and doctor are a procedure/injection mill. Came into visit with lead and mask still on in between procedures. Immediately recommended several injections without even looking at my medical records to see I already had those done. Then recommended a more expensive and invasive injection, when I declined he stated I wasn't diagnosed correctly and he could no longer help me. This is a injection mill, they do not care about pain patients.

Don't disagree with him about his treatment options for chronic pain or he bans you from the office & CHS pain mgmt.. He wanted me to get high $$ shots that don't work, & I can't afford.. Then he prescribed an opiate patch @ over $300 a month.. Never picked it up.. Never asked for opiates/narcotics.. Asked to change my Tramadol (narcotic "like") from the 24hr tab 1X a day with copay over $100 mo. > 4X a day 50s with copay of $30 mo.. The Tramadol works for me with my insurance, &the $$ I have..
