We do not normally leave on line reviews, this is an exception. We had our initial intake appointments with Doctor Westbrook. Brief summary:Staff- Friendly, caring , efficient, and professional.Facility- comfortable and cleanDoctor Westbrook- Friendly, relaxed, not rushed, in-depth probing into our medical history and professional. INSTILLS CONFIDENCE.We are not wealthy, concierge medicine was a big decision for us. At our “ meet and greet” with Doctor Rick, we both knew that this was the right move for us.We are 80 years old and in pretty good health but we know that we need a “quarterback” to call the plays across multiple medical specialties. Someone to look at the total picture.Is Doctor Westbrooks concierge practice right for you? Don’t know! It might be worth considering.

The staff here was incredibly friendly and assisted me in scheduling my MRI and an appointment with an orthopedist. The doctor ordered my MRI stat, and I had the results literally within the hour! This doctor moves mountains to get you the care that you need.I am very much looking forward to working with Dr. Westbrook to figure out some of my hormonal imbalances

All Physicians’ office visits start with the front office staff. They were friendly and accommodating. Keisha with her positive energy and most importantly her equally positive attitude ensures that making an appointment is patient friendly with no stress. Sabrina is very professional and more then competent and is kind and patient, answering questions with no rush. Dr. Westbrook’s bedside manner is a throwback to the days when Doctor’s really cared for people and not patient numbers. He thinks outside the box while setting up a treatment plan. The only doctor that I ever met that said “WE” will do this. His enthusiasm for his patients journeys to success is exhilarating. You want a doctor that cares, choose Dr. Raymond Westbrook

BlueCross indicates this doctor is accepting new patients. I called to make and appointment but never received a call back.

I have been very pleased with Dr. Westbrook. I have been most impressed with the time and thoroughness of any exam that I have had and that I feel he fully discusses any issue or question that I have. Before my choosing Dr. Westbrook, I happened to know some other doctors who knew him, were in medical school, internships and residency with him and they spoke very highly of him as well. He is also a personal physician for some friends and other relatives and they also highly recommended him.

I made an appointment with Dr. Westbrook because he is one of the very few doctors that accepts my insurance. His office contacted me to reschedule my appointment three times before I was actually able to see the doctor. Appointment was uneventful and he basically said to schedule a follow up appointment. I tried to call back and the phone number listed is n longer working. No forwarding information or information was given regarding changing offices. Everything was very unprofessional.

Please avoid this doctor at all costs. I was sent a bill for a phone consultation where I was prescribed an ointment that cost several hundred dollars and was not covered by insurance. I ultimately decided to pay for the consultation, but It's virtually impossible to actually talk to someone about billing. The number on the invoice was incorrect. Once I found the correct phone number, I was often sent to voicemail. There is no internal communication between staff.
