Had bunion/Hammer toe surgery Dr.Rizzy and I get along well.It was my second time he has worked on me,all went well.I am just very inpatient for my foot to heal lol Good doctor

Dr. Rizzi is amazing. I can not say enough about him and or his staff. They have gone above and beyond for me in helping me get through my unexpected injury.

This guy amputated half of my foot at centerpoint hospital while I had MRSA and he knew it now I have versa which is worse pick I be in my arm got to give myself antibiotics six times a day through this pic IV at home give me enough pain pills for 6 days when I had to see him every 7 days only had one nurse that knew what she was doing the rest aren't worth nothing it's his opinion for you to ask him questions not for him just tell us what he thought we should know the emergency room doctor at the other hospital took an hour to get my bandage off my foot also said I was traumatized by this podiatrist now I have an infection in my bone in my foot that got amputated I really appreciate that Rizzo

Dr. RIZZI is the best. He cares about his work like no other Dr. I've ever been too an I'm 60. He is polite an friendly, I believe he is the best or atleast he ranks as one of the best at what he does. He truly cares about the job he is doing, cause he is darn good at it. Communication between him an his patience is comforting. Explaining any procedure that is going to be done an making sure you have no questions. I can absolutely say that I trust this Dr. As if it was his OWN ankle or foot he was treating. I'm sure he has repaired more serious situations , but my ankle was broke in several places, but with his patience an extreme trust in what he does, Dr. Rizzi put my ankle back together. My accident happened in July an it's been a long process but considering the circumstances Dr. Rizzi did an amazing job. I highly recommend a Dr. Who is confident in what he does.

I highly recommend Dr Rizzi I had surgical procedures on diabetic feet, I always knew the procedure what he was doing why he was doing it he explains everything he does fast recovery his bedside manner he takes care from beginning to end he’s very professional very nice a funny man makes you feel secure about what he’s going to do and he helped me to be able to walk without pain and his follow-up care is very good I had A very positive experience with Dr Rizzi highly recommend

Would highly recommend him! He listened to all my questions and explained everything to me in simple terms. He said to call him at any time and he would answer any questions for me. I did and he responded in a timely fashion. I recommended him to friends and they were happy with him as well. I have never met a Doctor so available to his patients. No need to keep looking for another doctor you will not regret seeing him.

Dr. Rizzi treated my ankle injury. He was very prompt about getting me scheduled for an X-ray and answered all my questions professionally and was very patient with me. He was very kind and was wonderful with follow up after treatment. I felt like I was in good hands and was healed quickly.

Dr. Rizzi took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my injury and made sure I understood every possible outcome, assuring me that the injury would heal just fine. During our multiple visits he was very interested in how I was doing and made sure I was comfortable walking as I continued to heal. Thank you Dr. Rizzi for being extremely kind and genuinely caring about your patients and their wellbeing. I am eternally grateful!

A number of reviewers have positive comments about their experience with Dr. Rizzi, so it has been very surprising that our experience with him has been very negative. He is very arrogant and dismissive. So rude when we tried to ask questions about future wound care practice. We asked about aspects of the surgery and he wouldnt release information or would question why we wanted to know certain details. He spent very little time with us, didnt examine the surgical site very well (he mostly just seemed pleased with his work from a photo the nurse took), and was very defensive about answering questions. I wish we could see another doctor at this point.

I am currently under treatment for bunion correction surgery. Dr Rizzi has been one best Dr’s I have ever had. His compassion for his patients is very evident. He is always willing to listen to my questions/concerns. I never felt rushed during my appointments. Surgery is hard for patients both mentally and physically. I always left my appointments reassured my recovery was on tract. I highly recommend him!

As a tennis player with Morton's Neuroma, I was eager to find long-term relief and get back on the courts. Dr. Rizzi took great care of me and I highly recommend him.

I had a 5th metatarsal displaced fracture in 2018. Dr. Rizzi did an amazing job with a tough break position. He tells it like it is. I highly recommend him. Don't be afraid to ask questions or for clarification. He's a nice guy too.

He's an excellent surgeon

I have been a patient of Doctor Rizzi's for over five years. He has treated me as an inpatient as well as in his office for everything from a broken ankle to Osteomyelitis of the foot requiring multiple amputations during that time. I have never been treated with anything but professionalism and kindness from Doctor Rizzi and the members of his staff. Doctor Rizzi has always taken the time to explain any diagnosis as well as treatment options available to me. He also is very patient and will never rush you through asking questions. He is not the type of Doctor to ever suggest surgery unless it is the last resort. Doctor Rizzi is very well respected within the hospitals in which he has privilidges. This is incredibly helpful and reassuring if you have a condition of the foot like an infection that requires a consult with other specialists. Doctor Rizzo is able to work together with the best specialists. Doctor Rizzi goes out of his way to do what's best for his patients.

I have seen Dr. Rizzi for multiple foot challenges. I have had Type 1 Diabetes for 31 years and no foot challenges until the last 7 years. I trust Dr. Rizzi that he is up front with me and what I need to do to solve the problem. He has a great bedside manner that he cares for the end result of the healing the wound to get back to everyday life.

Answering on loop (you are caller #1) for >20 mins both times; didn't review x-rays marked for issue that needed attn; spent <2 minutes and didn't even look at both feet (which was part of the referral); nurse sent him back in as she was lacking info and he called me "emotional" (I was far from emotional then); prescribed an MRI but wrong order was sent; overcharged $300 for a boot told was ONLY $49. Staff acted weary of him. Kept apologizing for him. Glad to have escaped!

Dr.Rizzi is the best surgeon that I have ever had the privilege of knowing and being treated by. Dr. Rizzi is extremely well qualified and just as conscientious. I highly recommend Dr. Rossi to any person needing care. I am a former medical-surgical nurse....and I don't give undue gratuitous compliments..

Absolutely loved this doctors bedside manner! He was patient and answered all of my questions. He described everything in terms I could understand. I truly felt as if he cared about me having the best results and did not automatically suggest surgery. Would definitely recommend Dr. Rizzi!
