The finest, gentle man you’ll ever meet
Dr. Reilly saved my life. I have trusted and adored him for a million years. I was heartbroken to hear he lost his beloved wife. I always felt like his favorite and most important patient. He is, and was a jewel of a guy.

Superb physician
Dr Reilly was my physician during a very trying time. When I came home from India, I thought I’d picked up some tropical disease. He knew immediately I was only just beginning menopause. Later, I was very depressed and took a weird mix of sleeping pills, antihistamine & alcohol. Since I was healthy as a horse & only had a gynecologist, my husband took me to Dr Rs office. Gentle soul that he was, he admitted me to the hospital. On rounds late that night, he gave me excellent advice. « Time is a gentleman. » After a slight pause, he said, « nothing is worth ending your life over. » As he walked out the door, he smiled, « With all that antihistamine, you may never sneeze again. »

I'm chiming in with review of Dr Reilly from 1978. With my first baby I was seeking a Dr, who at the the time would support my decision for natural childbirth. He was so comforting and onboard with my request. He had a Midwife in practice with him at the time. I forget her name, but she was an awesome coach. She and Dr Reilly coached and supported me through my entire delivery..as a result, i was able to deliver my son Andy naturally with no drugs. He weighed 10.8 lbs! I would never have been able to do this without Dr Reilly and his midwife. Thankyou Dr Reilly..my son is now 45 and a Doctor! ??

After seeing dr. Riley he diagnosed me with something that my previous OBGYN had missed for 25 years. Had I known then for my previous OBGYN what was wrong then I would have been able to have more children. When I brought the test results to my previous OBGYN he commented that dr. Riley was a world-renowned sought after OBGYN. Dr. Riley is a kind gentle nurturing and brilliant OBGYN. I only wish I had met him sooner in life and I would have had more children. Highly recommend.

I have been seeing Dr. Reilly for over 25 years. I moved to Maine and still follow with him. He is well worth the 2 1/2 hour drive. He is not only brilliant, but the most caring and compassionate doctor I know. He takes time with his patients, and truly cares for their well being. Not easy to find these days.

I had ovarian and uterine cancer. He didn't tell me he suspected ovarian until just before we came to the door of the operating room. (I had been premedicated.). He didn't take out all of the OVCA. I had chemo and a 2nd surgery with Annekatherine Goodman. She is really terrific. I can't imagine why you'd choose anyone else.

I have been seeing Dr Reilly for 20 yrs. I was very fortunate that he took me at a time when he was not taking new patients. Dr Reilly is one of the best OBYGYN Dr.'s in New England! He is brilliant in his work, professional, compassionate, a good listener, and extremly caring. Being at the end of his career I'm sure he is not taking new cases, thus I would not recommend him. If an older person had problems I wouldn't hesitate to recommend they see Dr. Reilly. Thank U Dr. Reilly for everything
