Dr. Raymond Plack, MD

Dr. Plack has been my cardiologist for nearly 30 years. In that time, I have come to trust him completely with giving me cardiac care, not only because I’m still alive and in reasonable health despite many reasons I should not be, but also because his style of care is so personal. Any time I go to him, I could get the impression I’m his only patient. He shows a genuine interest in me as an individual as well as in my health.

Dr . PLACK treats you with respect, specifically answers your questions and addresses your concerns . When in conversation regarding your heart health issues he really listens to you , arranges appropriate testing and provides the necessary follow up. I have confidence in him as my cardiologist .

Dr. Plack has been my Cardiologist for 25 years! He has seen me through a quadruple by-pass, and has place several stents in my heart. He refers to me, my wife and him as a “Team” and is always ready to assist or answer any questions we may have. We moved from Maryland, to Pennsylvania, 16 years ago, and kept Dr. Plack as my Cardiologist. There is none better. What Doctor gives you his personal phone number, and says “Call me anytime you need me”. When I had to have an emergency procedure, here in York, Dr. Plack was only a phone call way and spoke to the Cardiologist, at York Hospital, to consult on my case. He is a wonderful Doctor, family man and person. I highly recommend anyone to be in his care.

My Cardiologist, Dr. Frederick Kuhn, did an EKG and then a Nuclear Stress Test which indicated that I might have a blockage. Dr. Kuhn then referred me to Dr. Raymond Plack for further studies. From the moment I arrived, Doctor Plack and his Staff gave me excellent care during my Cardiac Cath Procedure. They were very kind and put me at ease. I was very worried about having this procedure, but Dr. Plack and his Staff, explained everything they were going to do and that they would be taking good care of me, Which they certainly did! My Prayers were answered, Everything turned out well and I only need to take medication each night. I would recommend Dr. Plack, His Staff and SAH HIGHLY.
