Arrogant and dismissive
He ignored my partner's sinus pain after several appointments of saying 'it would go away'. My partner is experiencing life-altering chronic pain after a surgery from Dr. Paolini Jr., and this doctor saw him for exactly 4 minutes (I timed it) for a regularly scheduled visit. He literally said that he has never encountered a patient with the symptoms my partner has, but that he is certain that it's not ENS, even though we've ruled out neurology and dental. He is not willing to admit that he doesn't know something, and instead just doubles down on an assertion that there's nothing he can do and leaves after 4 minutes. No concern about the pain levels, no concern about suggesting any other treatment method out there, and shoots down any patient suggestions as if we are stupid and not allowed to be our own healthcare advocates. If someone treated his partner like he treated mine, maybe he would understand that what he did was unacceptable. But I'm sure him and his father don't care.

Dr. Paolini provided a great experience! He was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed getting to know him. My problem was accurately diagnosed. He’s very thorough and really makes sure they check for everything and anything before coming to a conclusion. I was then treated for a few weeks and my issue went away. His staff is also friendly and courteous. Highly recommended if you want a doctor who looks for the least invasive treatment options, as opposed to others who opt for surgeries or other procedures too quickly. Thank you Dr Paolini!

The NP there is great and the staff are great but Dr Paolini is the worst dr I have ever been too. He is arrogant and belittles his patients even when they are in pain. He told me “I am sick of doctors referring their patients here when they aren’t really sick. Doctors don’t know what they are talking about. You have never had an ear infection and there is nothing wrong with you. It’s probably just stress. Come back when you are actually in pain and I will prove you are wrong”. He should NOT be a dr!

I presented with nasal congestion and hearing loss. My first visit was with Avriel, the PA, she did a thorough history and exam and cleaned out my ears. She ordered preliminary hearing test. On my second visit, I had the test and met with Dr. Paolini. Since, I had exhausted all treatments for nasal congestion, he explained possible surgery in detail including pain and possible complications. After this discussion it became very clear to me that I was not interested. He ordered a CT scan to rule out polyps and tumors. When the results returned, he called me promptly and reviewed the results with me. He never seemed rushed. He is a true professional and I would recommend him to anyone.

Although Dr Paolini is knowledgeable I had a very bad post op experience with him. I had major pain and issues from surgery and his staff was super annoyed I even called to tell them I popped a stitch and wanted to see the Dr. He literally explained nothing about stent removal even though I told him I was very nervous and in pain, and when I became nauseous from the removal he yelled at me profusely telling me I had to sit still. No care whatsoever that I was vomiting from pain. Tears running down my face when I left with no kind words, little instruction, and felt very rushed as if I did something wrong for popped stitches. Office staff was very rude too as if annoyed they had to deal with me at all. No bedside manner whatsoever.

Absolutely one of the medical experiences I have had. Dr. Paolini is thorough and kind. PA Avriel Kopp is the best! She takes her time and explains very clearly what's going on. The staff is also very nice.

Not only is Dr. Paolini a great physician who truly has an amazing knowledge base of his speciality with years of experience to back it up but he is also a physician who truly cares about the well-being of his patient's. He takes the time to sit with them and truly listen. Also, as a boss, he treats his staff very well, willing to go the extra mile for them in any way they need, teach them more about the field, and takes care of them and their families. There is no better ENT you could choose.

Recommended by someone whom is very particular about providers. Been going to him for over 2 yrs but always feel rushed when I see Dr. Usually see PA anyway. She's good, takes time. Had septoplasty revision + couple other procedures at same time. Post op appt very rushed + no explanation or description of what was done was offered. However, he was friendlier at surgery than in office. Also, only one post op appointment and then nothing for 31/2 months. Will see. Some of staff can be arrogant.

I found Dr. Paolini and his staff to be professional, courteous and warm. The receptionist was kind and patient considering my ears were blocked and I could barely hear. Dr, Paolini was personable and his P.A. Ariel was lovely. So glad I chose that practice because it was near my home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Oh, I can hear now because they "Ear-igated" my ears. Thank you, Michelle M. Williamsville, NY

Terrible experience!!!!! I was seen in his office multiple times regarding issues I had. The doctor doesn't even bother to show up. His PA Avriel Kopp "handles" everything. She talks way too much without saying ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING. I've spent way too much money already without getting any answers but only getting more and more appointments scheduled. I am canceling everything I have scheduled with them and making sure no one I know ever goes there.
