Lacking in bedside manner, no professionalism
Came into my daughters room before surgery and it seemed like he had not read her chart or had never spoken to a family before surgery. She was having her C7 removed and replaced with titanium going through the front of her neck. He walked in room, proceeded to share that they were going to flip her on her stomach, 'cut through her spine' and she could be paralyzed (exact words). He definitely could us a class on empathy!
