Excellent Physician - Kind Staff, Excellent Care
I've been a patient with Dr. Chan for about 6 years now. I have multiple systems that are affected that require multiple referrals, medications renewals, and continuous care. Dr. Chan can handle my complex case, and juggle my interdisciplinary team (I have 12 different specialty doctors). I'm lucky to have a physician who can handle this. Thanks Doc! He also has an amazing assistant that really goes out of her way to help. I wouldn't be here without them both. Thanks you two!

Doesn’t seem concerned
He did not provide info about needed blood test after prescribing meds. The med had a terrible effect on my system I landed in the hospital never seemed that he hadn’t mentioned follow up blood work which would have saved me much from a near heart attack. Not much more to say !

Helpful doc!
Dr. Chan is my mom’s doc that I chose because geriatrics was listed in his background. He is helpful, caring & goes the extra mile. At first, he took a bit to warm up to, or is somewhat reserved, but I even switched to him as it would be more convenient.

Dr. Chan is on time for appts and he is kind, caring and is thorough. My mom has him as her PCP and I liked the way he treated my mom which is why I have him as my PCP.

Not for me
It was very easy and quick to see him hence the two stars. My annual physical was literally 2 mins and meeting him for the first time as my new physician. He’s not very personable and the only question was if I had any concerns. Did some quick tests and I was out. Didn’t seem very interested and I felt like He went through a quick checklist and was out. I miss my old physician. I wouldn’t of gone to Dr.Chan if my original Dr. Didn’t move. Personally, he wasn’t for me. I will be looking for another doctor.
