I had Dr. Berdugo in the Clairemont Mesa Kaiser for 10+ years. I have nothing but great things to say about him. An overall all great Physician who listened, was always kind and respectful. He moved to San Marcos recently and it’s too far from me which I am really bummed about.

This is the best doctor I have had to date. He actively listens during appointments, and cares about me as a whole person. He is responsive to emails and I feel I can ask him for any reasonable testing or referrals.

This review is just to share with you my concern regarding this doctor Raymond Berdugo. I went to this doctor (Berdugo) spent six months trying to diagnose a problem, which he said was arthritis and old age. I attempted to explain to the doctor on several occasions my symptoms, and he still said there's nothing he can do, so I fired the doctor. I changed my plans and went to sharp health services. I want an MD verified the symptoms worked with my current doctor what was quote-unquote old age actually was two herniated discs c6 and c7 and is now being appropriately treated with cortisone & inversion, and I'm painless today. I don't remember to recommend this doctor he is a challenged seemingly challenge Doctor Who can't make a decision on symptoms and instead would like to run up multiple visits I guess it's somewhere in his metrics as a doctor he wasted my time for over a year pain I wouldn't recommend.

Poor communication on Dr. Berdugo'a part. Communicating through LVN's and other unknown Kaiser representatives on his decision. Poor rapport with this physician. I fee like I am twisting his arm to get his assistance. Changed doctors as a result.
