DISGRACEFUL
Gotta love a doctor who never answers his phone or calls back when you leave a message to try to make an appointment for A SERIOUS HEALTH CONCERN!! I called for weeks and weeks desperate to find a reason for my angioedema, HE NEVER CALLED BACK.Having to jump through hoops just to see an allergist within the LA Care network is incredibly depressing. (medpoint management and their doctors are the most incompetent, unserious, disgraceful individuals in health care. if you were assigned this medical group I feel so sorry for you)Having read the reviews here I don't even want to see this 'doctor' anymore, however I can't just use my referral to make an appointment with another allergist. MY INSURANCE WILL ONLY SEND ME HERE.. IN SANE. Thanks Dr. Williams & front desk team, for being a part of the very huge problem that is US healthcare. MAY AS WELL RETIRE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WORK!

Worst Doctor I have ever come across, would not recommend to my worst enemy. If you have any other choice, choose otherwise. Comes across as crooked.

Dr. Williams is a careful, attentive listener who patiently elicited from me all information he thought could have any bearing on my case, examined me carefully rather than relying solely on testing and technology, fully answered all questions I had, and clearly described possible courses of treatment. His professionalism is enveloped in a warm, humane manner. He embodies every characteristic I hope to see in a doctor. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone I care about.
