Very Poor Experience
Telehealth
Very negative experience with Dr. Mercado—he does not listen to his patients and is not respectful to those in his care. I have never felt so ignored, demeaned, and disregarded by a physician. I have only negative things to say about his practice. Please do yourself a favor and pursue other options.

Dr. Mercado is fantastic! He's so friendly and professional. Going to a gyno can be very nerve wrecking so I'm very picky about my choices but he made me feel at ease from the start. He was absolutely gentle, caring, explained everything, listened carefully, and always asked if I had further questions. The wait & apt time were quick. Yes, there is a fee for miss apts, while not ideal, many doctors have this so just be aware. Staff is friendly. I would recommend him to everyone!

I went in for a routine pap. Everything about my appointment went smooth. Dr. Mercado was very nice, the front staff was satisfactory ( a little smug). I would have loved to continue seeing Dr. Mercado, however the sneaky little clause they make you sign states that you agree to pay a $75.00 fee for rescheduling or canceling an appt. within 24hrs. Being that I'm a single working mom, my schedule changes very abruptly, so this would have not worked for me.
